It's a big step Angeldreams, sad to say but my two rug monkeys were a big trigger for me. As soon as they started fighting, arguing, out came the smokes......pretty much my answer to any type of stress was a smoke. With out thinking about it, I decided to quit the day before going into a 4 day weekend home alone with my demons. I figured if I could make it through the weekend the rest would be a cake walk. Had I had some "break in case of emergency" smokes, I would of smoked them. I think we all set mile stones and goals for our selves, hitting those milestones is what gives us the confidence to persevere to the next. Great job Angeldreams! I hope your proud of your accomplishment and you keep soldiering on. Stay strong Angeldreams!

Thanks all

And yes I'm actually very proud of myself.

It's day 2 of a new way of life for me, I have my coffee and e-cig (my 20 yr old son calls it my vape stick) and feel completely at ease. Before it was always start the coffee brewing an go smoke, now it's start the coffee an head out with my e-cig there wasn't even a thought of reaching for an actual cig to take outside.

Like all Success in life ... it takes Commitment. 2 Years ago I smoked My last analog, looked at the empty pack ... Crushed it in My hand imagining with it all the addiction they held over Me... and threw it in the trash!! I then took that first delicious Vape of some Blueberry juice, and Imagined that moment being the cleansing of My lungs. Never looked back!! I was a 20 year Analoger.
