Never got my gift card number

I bought a $15 gift card with my points last night. I never got my email with the code (and no, it's not in my spam folder), so I submitted a ticket.
I still haven't received anything. I wanted to place my order last night, and now I'm still on hold.

Go into your account on the site..look down a little and click "View Details" under gift certificate..when you click that a list will come up listing all your gift certificates and codes for them..it will also list the balance on them
