i smelled my shirt today, and i said to my wife "smells like a straight up ash tray"
i never thought i would say that not in a million years.....
my wife is not yet a full time vaper so from smoking inside it just ....ewww,
did any1 else experiance something like this,..its just weird i said that, lol

My whole house has been totally smoke free for over a year now. So, for me it is other people I notice it on. It happens all the time when shopping. I can walk down an empty isle and smell nasty cigarette smoke from whoever walked down that isle recently. It's really bad when walking by someone who still smokes. It's no wonder so many people hate smokers. We stunk up everything. I even had to buy seat covers for my car. My seats are leather and if I had a smoker in my car just them sitting there made my seats stink. So now I have covers I can take out and wash for that very reason.

Yes, I started noticing on other people right away but the real eye opener was when I was in a car with smokers and washed my hair that evening. Overpowering nasty smoke smell. I don't ride with smokers anymore.

I am an ex-smoker myself and I remember when I started noticing the smell on other people... I asked my bf at the time "I never smelled like that, did I?" Needless to say... I did.

My honey is still smoking analogs, (though he is working on switching to vaping) and even though he only smokes outside and in his own car and washes his face and hands before coming to bed, I still smell it on the bed linens and the couch and stuff. He thinks I'm crazy! lol!
When you smoke, you really are clueless as to how bad it smells and how it seems to stick to everything!

Two weeks after I went 'all vape', I just went nuts and had to wash everything I owned. Clothes, sheets, curtains, carpets.... 2 bottles of FeBreeze later, and it STILL took another month to get the stink out of my house.

I simply refuse to be one of those a$$hole ex-smokers who gets all judgemental and treats smokers like pariahs... but damn. It really stinks. When smoking friends come over, the rule is, "No smoking in the house... but you can vape all you want. Want me to set you up with a 510? What flavor?"
