Friends, really crazy action being taken by Hawaii State Government that will directly impact the sale of ecigarettes here. PLEASE sign this petition now.

And you can mention in the petition comments that, while it's great to prevent minors from buying ecigs, the way the Senate Bill is written, every battery, electric plug, wall heater and light bulb COULD be used as a vaporizing device and thus taxed at 70%!

See actual language from the bill...

…. “ecigarette” means any mechanical heating element, battery, or electronic circuit, which can be used to deliver a vapor of nicotine or any other substances, and the use or inhalation of which simulates smoking. The term shall include any such device, whether manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, e-pipe, any cartridge or component of the device or related product, or under any other product name or descriptor.’

Further discussion about this bill can be found here on ECF. And here is the CASAA page if you have not seen it already.

Mahalo for your attention to this!

Hi all!

Hoping you had a great weekend! We sent out a detailed update via our email list last week where, in addition to lots of juicy information, we mentioned the anti-bacterial qualities of sterling silver, which we will be including in our mods. You can view the update on our website here.

We're hoping to receive the Kick today which will allow us to make a huge leap forward in our process. :) We'll keep you posted!

Aloha!

Hi emonty, (UPDATED)

On the prototype, there are numerous inlays of silver on several sides of the unit. There is an air intake hole in the body for the atomizer, and that is lined with a sterling tube. We do have plans to produce a silver (and a less-expensive silver plated) driptip but don’t have it yet.

So anytime you handle the mod it should be killing bacteria on your hands.

Aloha!
