New 901 user - OMG & WOW!

Ok, as my title suggests, let me say OMG.
I originally bought a 084. I took about 4 vapes and thought "umm - need to get something proper." My son commented that it sounded like I was sucking an empty McD's shake straw!
I seemed to suck on it for what seemed ages and still no vapour.

So after lurking on here for a few days and asking the 510 Vs 901 question, decided on a 901 kit from LF.
It came today, batteries already charged (both manual - one LR the other regular). I also got my (VG) juice.
When I took my first hit I understand now why you guys rave on about them. I was stunned. Vapour was amazing. TH amazing - it even made me cough like an analogue.

I got up at 10am to get the package from the postie. Its now 1:30pm and I still haven't had an analogue! This in itself is an amazing feat - from a 20 a day person.

Thanks for the great advice and the amazingly active forums with extremely helpful people.

I do have a couple of questions

1) I seem to be able to drip really easily - I'm doing 2-3 drops at a time. How many 'vapes' would this normally last, assuming average 'drags'?
PS: I now know why you guys drip now. Holy crap. What an amazing vape.
2) When I'm not using it, which is the best way of storing it (assuming I have a full cart installed). Battery up or battery down? (Logic dictates that juice *could* go towards batt if batt down, but batt is sealed as manual).

And any newbies watching - you don't need something that looks like an analogue. Trust me. I paid as much for my 901 kit as I paid for my 084 - I guess you already know which one I'm happier with if you read this far. That said the 084 is not totally redundant as it is really easy to dip with - nice.

1. I'm dripping 2-3 drops at a time on a bridgeless 501 atty and it'll go 10-20 mins depending on how hard I'm hitting it. I never really count the number of times because I'm not that consistent. When the vapor starts getting real thick I know I'm getting close to dry and take shorter draws so I can catch the dry hit before getting a lungful of it.

2. When I was using carts, I'd lay them on their side on a paper towel. There never was a mess, but I did that just in case. Now I use only a drip tip and cartos and store those in a coffee cup battery end down.

Bat up or Bat down or side. I say side, IF the juice leaked even on a sealed battery, there still a chance of it getting thru the button.

Suprisingly it wasn't the LR! I have tried the LR and it just seems to hot to me. Lots of vapour, as you would expect for VG juice, but I didn't really get the taste of the juice. I put the regular atty back on. Perhaps the LR will be better with PG. I dunno - I'm a newb

Should have mentioned - I got a Riva 901. Been vaping most of the day on and off and battery still going strong! I've been topping carts and dripping.

Button on the battery is a fairly small affair that lights up blue when pressed. Not sure if juice could get in. If I use a cart I store batt up. If no cart (for dripping), or a relatively dry cart bat down or whatever suits me.

Oh, its now 9:30pm and still not had an analogue. This is unreal for me. I remember when I flew to Australia. First thing I wanted to do was smoke when I landed. Vaping = HAPPY DAYS.
