Just wanted to introduce myself here. Been lurking for a while and researching before I bought. I ended up getting a blu, mainly for the size. I'm still a little lost on refilling the carts and what kind of juice to get. I really only liked the vanilla flavor that came with the blu. I ordered the light nic level, I think it's 12mg. Possibly going to move up a bit.

There are a few videos on youtube that show how to fill up a cart for blu cigs. I am not really sure yet on how to post a link to them yet though. Personally though i think blu cigs aren't all that great. Volcano, in my opinion, is just better. They have more options and just better customer service. Plus everything i have ordered from there has only taken 2 days for it to be delivered.

Starting out it does take a little trial and error to get the nic level right. It's usually best to start out with a higher nic and be ready to cut it down if it's too much.
To fill the carts, take a paper clip or t-pin and push the inner cart out of the mouthpiece. You can drip you juice in there as is, or you can take the poly out and replace it with a better filler like MarineLand Rite Size U blue foam. I cut the blue foam 1/4 x 1/4 x 3/4. Fill the cart about 2/3 full, push the filler into the cart, then top off. Push the cart back into the mouthpiece and you are good to go.

get trial or small (2-5ml) juice from a few places that sound good to you, then decide on 2-5 that you like and want more of.
I used a PTM (pyramid teabag mod) with my Blu. Once you upgrade to a better filler and start refilling them yourself, you'll be amazed at how much vapor you get out of the little suckers.
As far as the vanilla goes, I'm pretty sure that Johnson Creek Smoke Juice produces all of the liquid for Blu. You can check them out here.

I was planning on doing PTB mod first then maybe blue foam if that doesn't work for me. I'm wasn't a big smoker (I really should have just quit, but I like smoking). I use to smoke half a pack a day, most of them smoked at work. I think my biggest question as of now is the mix of pv/vg. What is it and how do I know what I want/need.
one you get going I recomend the spring mod ive been using it 3 days now i love it, i go through more juice but the hits are so much fuller. my first attempt the spring was from a jell pen and too big my juice leaked in my pocket, no room for a filler plug to work. i got it right now with a smaller spring and i love it.

Basically...
PG = More throat hit
VG = More vapor
The only way to find out what you want is to start trying some.
A lot of people seem to wind up gravitating towards an 80/20 mix of PG to VG.
But some like a lot more VG than that.
I use the ptb mod. works great. No leakage, holds about 15-18 drops with out any spillage!
But i would recommend to you to get a 510. I started out with the blu and hated it, i than switched to the volcano magma and love it, great vapor, battery last extremely long and is very consistent unlike the blu was for me!!!

Blu's are good for discreet vaping. You'll upgrade eventually to a bigger better ecig. Like a penstyle.
Been a few days since I posted. I got my order from gourmet vapor today so I figured I post about it. I also did PTB mod. I made my own flavor combos because I wasn't sure what I would like. I got them all 24mg, 80/20 pv/vg. 60vanilla/40honey This one is okay but the vanilla doesn't stand out as much as I would have liked, so I'll probably change it to 80/20 next time. 50pineapple/50apple haven't tried this one yet but it smells great. And last but not least and odd combo 50banana/50grape This is actually pretty damn good, I will def order more of this. My order experience with gourmet vapor was great other then getting charged almost $5 for shipping and the box saying shipping cost $1.73.

Remember that the shipping cost also includes the box, the tape, and anything like packing peanuts or foam that they put in there. I use to do a lot of selling on eBay and never charged less than $5 for shipping, even on small items, because it wasn't the actual shipping cost that was often high, it was the materials to ship it.
Since you're new to ecigs and filling/refilling carts (like me) it's not uncommon for liquid to leak which can be messy. Since you're using Blu's, (like me) unless you can find somehting that will work as a cap, you may want to go to volcano and order a five pack of their caps to keep them from making a mess in your PCC or pocket.
Just a tip, I ordered Volcano an atty after reading several forums claiming how superior they were to the ones that come from Blu, it deffinately is much better, might want to give it a try even if you don't need the caps. I know I'll only be using them from now on.

Yeah I forgot about packaging costs, at any rate I will still continue to buy from them. Tried the pineapple/apple but haven't been able to get a good vape as I tried the PTB mod a little different and it hurt more then helped. But the taste is nice not to overwhelming.
It was rather quick after it shipped, I ordered on a sat night and had it iirc Thursday.
