It might very well be psychosomatic, as you say. Lemme tell you about my mom vaping for the first time...

She was pretty enthusiastic about trying it, but once it was in her hands, you could tell she felt a little suspicious hesitant. After a couple of very brief puffs she felt lightheaded. Okay, I thought, maybe the nic is too high. While I'm looking for a lower nic cartridge I'm telling her and dad about how PG breaks into lactic acid and VG into something else... ten minutes later mom is feeling tired in her muscles.

A little later that evening, I got a speck of liquid on my tongue and explained to them what I did wrong with refilling the 510 in case they ever want to try it themselves (they have prefilled Greensmokes). What do you know, mom's tongue is suddenly "itching"... Frankly I was getting really worried that she had a serious allergy or a toxic cartridge, as my own vaping was going so smoothly.

She's been vaping all day today with zero of the symptoms she had yesterday, which is why I figure it really was just nerves and a psychological resistance to "quitting smoking". So my advice would be, yes, drink a lot of water, but also just relax and give it a day or two. It might well be in your head.

I'd also expect some general wonkiness as your body clears out and withdraws from the toxins found in regular cigarettes.

Found the problem. Too much Nic! who would of thunk. I need to stay around 6 mg/ml, more than that I get the beginnings of Nic OD. I don't know why it is so low. Maybe vaped nic absorbs into my body different than others, it may be that I don't inhale analogs deeply and only smoke half a cigarrette, or maybe American spirits have less nic than other brands.
Guess it doesn't matter, just glad I got it figured out.
