V4L's last sale was Fed 27-28
Sign up on their site and you should get email when they have a sale. And occasionally they might offer a short sale just in their ECF forum - not sure
Vapor4Life
Go with the manual standards though you could get a spare xl for at home. The xl's do not fit in the PCC charging case. I also have a charging cable at work so I can use that to charge and just use the PCC if I go out or when visiting the inlaws on the weekend.
You need
juice too. A cartomizer does not last as long as a pack of cigs - web sites that say that lie. And pick up one of their drip tips (or cheaper get a KR808D-1 one at LiteCigUSA.net - get plastic or delrin). You can't drip into it but it will keep your lips cool if you get a hot carto and it's easy to take it off and add a bit of
juice. Note - I have only bought one battle of WOW
juice from them but the bottle drips fast so watch out for that. So far I like their WOW juices best. The WOW tobacco sampler is good. I decided to buy WOWbacco juice after that (it is a heavily cocoa tobacco, and WOWboy is the same but with a bit of mint added - both are nice). I also like their WOW Vanilla (a sweet vanilla). And I refill their cartos with juices I get elsewhere.
Keep your cartos damp. If you run a carto dry you can singe the stuffing and ruin it. If you keep it damp, you can get days out of one. Whenever the vapor gets a bit dry or a bit light, I first try tilting the ecig carto down for 5 seconds to distribute the juice. if that doesn't help, then I add more juice. remove the carto from the battery when adding juice and I usually hold a bit of tissue on the threaded end. When done, i check for and clean up any leaks. Then I puff into the threaded end to try to make sure the air channel is clear. if any juice didn't soak in and is pooled above the stuffing I may clean that up with a folded bit of tissue.
This is a great video - shows how one guy fills a blank one and also how to straighten the air channel. If the air channel gets crooked so you can't see light through the carto, the drag can get real tight. I can sometimes get an extra day or two out of a carto by straightening a crooked air channel

Re the above video - I usually do rotate the carto when I add juice - the stuffing seems a bit tighter than it used to be. And the current soft-caps are easy to get off with an unbent end of a small paperclip - stick it in the mouth hole just far enough to pop off the soft cap (so you don't catch stuffing too). And I started using a plastic drip tip on the end and that you can pull off with your fingers.
And here is a nice guide
