Hi all!

Wow, who knew that ecigs were such a complicated thing! I just started on these things, and I had no idea how many differenttypes/ styles and then coordinateing the accessories... I feel like I am way over my head here.

I recently bought an evrrsmoke starter kit... I like it pretty well.... But it calls for these prefilled cartridges that don't last very long nor naste very good. I would like to find a compatible cartridge that I could fill myself with my own juice. But I have no idea what to.shop for! How will I know if a cartomizer will fit on to the eversmoke battery?

Hey Sharon, when I started vaping over a year ago, I was astonished that it was so complicated. I went through posts on this forum for two weeks before I bought my first ecig.
I made mistakes, bought stuff that broke because it was cheap, wasted money. I bought many flavors of juices and I didn't like most of them.

I know what I like now, and am all set. But it took a few months to settle in and find out what I like and what I don't. I never heard of evrrsmoke. I do advise having at least three or four different ecigs so you don't wear any of them out. They get hot if you use the same one all the time, which wears them out quicker.

This is what I suggest. For about $30 each, buy yourself two 1300mAh Vision Spinners. 1300 is the longest lasting battery on the Vision Spinners, that's why I suggest it. You can get them many different places, but I know GotVapes carries them.

Get some Boge or Smoktech cartomizers. They come empty so you can fill them with juice.

For juice, you have to specify how many milligrams of nicotine to get. I suggest starting with 18 mg. One of my favorite juice vendors is Alt-Cig.

I stopped using cartomizers several months ago. I only use the Vivi Nova tanks now, because they never really wear out. But that's really for the more advanced vaper; you might want to wait awhile before you start with tanks.

Good luck!
Sandy

Welcome to ECF and making the smarter choice, Sharon!

Sandy has *excellent* advice! This starter kit includes some flexibility in it. I agree with the choice of the 1300 mah "Spinners" that Sandy mentioned, for the same reasons. If it says one is unavailable just select a different color. I recommend this kit to new vapers all the time, online and off, and the price is very hard to beat. Good luck!

Hi sharon your eversmoke kit doesnt fit any of the recommended items mentioned. Your ecig is a pass through type. And those cartridges are disposable. You would need to find some disposable cartridges or purchase another kit that uses a 510 connector which opens the door to a wide variety of atomizers and flavors that you can buy.

I'm not sure what to call those cigarette looking ecigs. but pass through can be categorized as having a usb connector which all the ego's have. They are all ecigs but people categorize different types according to what they do. Hope that helps.

Hey Sandy-
Holy smokes! (no pun intended)! I actully did buy a vision spinner tonight and I'm using right now! Such a coincidence that you recommend that one! Well hey thanks for the vote of confidence bcz I was reading some of the stuff in the forum and kinda second guessing the puchase because there are just SO MANY.choices. Going forward, I will probably leave this one at home because its just so big, and I don't want to dra attention or be asked a bunch of questions.(that I don't know the answers to) ... So I was hoping to find a way to refill the eversmokes, being that they are so discreet and I spent a chunk of change on the kits. I actually have 2 because I was hoping my hubby would follow suit. But he took one puff of it and said, "nope!". Guess I gotta hand it to him for having conviction

Thanks for the recommendation though! It's nice to know you can recognize my plight. The spinner is great.. such a better hit than the eversmoke. I can't wait to go get more flavors. .

You think the Spinner is big? Just wait till you see a VAMO. I love my Spinner, it is my on the go device. Oddly I didn't get the spinner until after I got a VAMO and Sig ZMax, I work in reverse sometimes. I'm thinking I will always have at least one Spinner around, great little device.

A lot of ex-smokers think that at first... because they are used to those cute, little cigarettes! Let us know how "big" you think it is after you have had it for a week or two. ;)

Let him try some decent juice on top of that Spinner!

And to answer your question: Eversmoke cartomizers are kr808D-2 threaded. You can buy blank cartos here:

KR808D-2 Cartomizers, Blank, Yellow

Other vendors carry them also.

It took me a good 2 months to figure out what the heck I was doing! 1.8 ohm this- 2.5 ohm that! Volts, PG-VG and 18650 this and Vamo that! I promse ya- just watch videos on youtube- make a couple buddies here and you'll be fine. Once you get the hang the of it- it's a whole lot of fun! Trust me, i'm terrible when it comes to these things- I truly felt like a dope! You'll get there!

Hi and welcome! I have a couple of the spinners also and love them. I originally got a more cig like kit like you did..just a different brand. I still use it and like it because it's so small. Does yours have the option of ordering a mini tank with it? If not you can order empty cartos and fill them yourself. Three weeks ago I knew nothing but after coming here and reading everything I can I've learned so much. Just keep reading and watching videos. You'll get the hang of it in no time. Congrats on quitting the cigs! Vaping is awesome!!...oh, and in about a week let us know how big you think the spinner is...I thought the same thing!....haha....you'll probably be ordering a vamo in no time!!
