I ran into the same exact problem when I first started vaping!! I started out with the disposable ones and then worked up to the ce4 style clearomizers. I'm not sure about the evrrsmoke batteries but the most universal one I have found is the 510 threads. I've gone through a few but I got a new Tesla and it's awesome!!:) I just found this site called thunderheadvapor.com and the have a pretty decent selection of hardware but their juice is freaking amazing!!! I finally got my girlfriend to switch over from cigarettes with the cotton candy:)

I know what a passthrough is. :)

But the OP did not mention that she got a passthrough. Thus my confusion...

AFAIK, she got a starter kit, cigalike, with mini batteries and cartomizers.

"What is a Passthrough? This means you can plug it in to your computer and continue to use the device without wasting the battery power! So when you detach it from your computer you will have a decently charged battery!" according to altsmoke.

So how do you charge those ciga majigers?:p with a 9v?dc? i never owned one i wouldn't know. Just pulling your leg.
I didn't think you completely read what i wrote.

Hi sharon your eversmoke kit doesnt fit any of the recommended items mentioned. Your ecig is a pass through type. And those cartridges are disposable. You would need to find some disposable cartridges or purchase another kit that uses a 510 connector which opens the door to a wide variety of atomizers and flavors that you can buy.

I'm not sure what to call those cigarette looking ecigs. but pass through can be categorized as having a usb connector which all the ego's have. They are all ecigs but people categorize different types according to what they do. Hope that helps.

You wrote her ecig is a PT. It is not.

I'm not sure mine is a passthrough? I can not smoke it while it is charging, it needs to be screwed in to the charging device with the cartridge removed. The 808's "appear" to be the right fit, but at $9 for 5 carts that can only be filled once, I'm hoping to find a better solution still.

If I can find an atomizer? that has the same threading as the 808's, theoretically it should work, right? Or am I off base with that reasoning?

No, not at all. Cartomizers can be refilled several times, but they are disposable. That's why so many vapers choose fillerless heads for their PVs.

Are you past the 30-day return guarantee on your kit?

No, I'm not actually. I went through most of the disposable cartridges tho... I wonder if they would still let me return it. I wouldn't really mind keeping it, the batteries are pretty good, I think. I've gotten 6+hours on them smoking, like a lot, like all day. (is that bad,? lol) But the cartridges burn out in like an hour or two, and I've tried dripping juice back into them, but that only lasts for like a half hour, then it gets grody tasting again. So, I'm thinking if I could get a refillable atomizer, that would work out well.

Well, the problem is that they really don't make clearomizers (fillerless cartomizers) for kr808D-2, AFAIK.

Returning a kit is not a problem--they should reimburse you for the kit minus the price of cartomizers, that's standard procedure. However, if you like those batteries, you're stuck with filler-type cartos. Sorry.

If your batteries were kr808D-1 or 510, you could find clearomizers for them without a problem.

I've been vaping for a year now and I've tried a few different setups - including the Blu ecig. I wanted something that was inexpensive, small, easy to use and WORKED without too much hassle. I posted the following in another thread and you might find it helpful:

I like the Joye 510 manual batteries because they are inexpensive, rechargeable, smallish, stylish since they are available in several colors, long-lasting and the little button allows you to control the amount of vapor you inhale. You can find them for $11.95 (I recommend getting two) at LitEcigUSA. You can find the Joye 510 USB charger at LitEcigUSA too for only $4.95.

As for the best device to hold ejuice, after trying quite a few, my favorite is the CE3 Clearomizer. You can get five of them for only $10.99 at Vapor Alley. These are just awesome. They are small, fit nicely on the Joye 510 batteries, inexpensive, and last a long, long time. They are easy to fill/refill, clean and more importantly DON'T LEAK (even when turned upside down) -- IF you fill/refill them correctly. While of course the CE3 won't hold as much eliquid as the larger tanks, after the hassle of trying a bunch that were nothing but pure frustration - the CE3s are perfectly fine considering the many positives they DO offer. I like to pre-load several to last a full day and then simply refill the empties all at once at the end of the day. You can find them in colors to match your battery too. I like buying them at Vapor Alley (CE3 Clearomizer; 2.4-2.6 oHm).

I love Virgin Vapor's Organic Kona Velvet Milkshake. It tastes very smooth and vapes wonderfully in the CE3. Lots of vape and flavor. Virgin Vapor has a high rating for this flavor and I haven't met anyone who hasn't like it. Virgin Vapor's Organic Caramel Kona Milkshake is also very good and I like to mix it with the Kona Velvet Milkshake.
