New and need help please

Hi I'm new to vaping. The local vape shop recommended the XROS 2 as my first vape. I really enjoyed using the unit, but when it come time to change the POD I started to have problems with it. I installed the pod, filled it, and let it sit for 5 minutes, just as the shop keep showed me, but when I went to use it, I got an awful spitback. I removed the POD to find the juice was also below the POD in the unit. I inspected the pod for cracks and other damage and couldn't find any. I then placed the POD that I was previously using back into the unit, just to see if it was the new POD but to my surprise the previous POD was also giving out a nasty spitback. I'm not sure what else to do to fix the issue. I made sure the battery was charged, used the appropriate amount of liquid but it's still giving the terrible spitback. Can someone please help.

    The Xros 2 is a dual wattage. There is a slider button that toggles the device from 11 watts to 16 watts (MTL and loose MTL). Try toggling that button to the opposite of what it currently on. If that doesn't help, try a fresh pod. Sometimes you can get a dud. This a low wattage device and any imperfections in the pods coil is going to be apparent.
