After reading as much as I could before my head exploded from info overload,I bought my 1st kit, Riva510. I received it on Monday and now, a few days later, I think I have a dead atomizer. When I have the atty attached to the battery and press the manual button it no longer heats up and the battery light just blinks. I tried it on the 2nd battery from the kit with same result. The batteries are charged. I know they don't last a long time but expected more than a few days. Does this sound like it is dead or something else?
Thanks for any support.

A bad atomizer can cause that - it's not unheard of. If the battery (with button pressed) lights fine with no atomizer on (no flashing) and flashes with the atomizer on then suspect atomizer. That's awful soon for an atomizer to die but it's always good to have 3 atomizers - 2 to alternate (you can clean the other etc) and one total spare.

Thanks to all. I will try cleaning. I did notice now that on one battery it doesn't blink blue a few times when attached to the charger like the second battery does. When I bought my kit, the supplier was kind enough to mix the colors for me as I was going to give one to my roommate and didn't think he would want pink. I have noticed that my pink set seems to have a slightly different battery and atty from the titanium set. It is this pink set that is having the problems. I have seen another post where someone noted differences in two batches of Rivas. I am loath to order more batts and attys until I decide if ecigs will work for me.
