Yeah, I figured I'd go all the way on this. I'm sick of tanks, clearos, etc. my first device years a go was a manual Golden Greek, still have it. Tried dripping but never liked it on the old wire mesh atties. On to clearos and tanks, but never satisfied flavor or even vapor wise, not a cloud person, didn't like sub-ohm tanks either. Spent a lot over the years. I had little knowledge or understanding of what Sqonking was, so I ignored it. Hopefully this is the last stop for me in that regard and I can find vaping satisfaction, finally. The hardware certainly will not be to fault anymore!

I'm totally confident you've finally found your vape! Wow are you ready for it!

Can't wait to hear your response when you get it all running.

The Chalice III is one awesome atty. I'm not a cloud chaser, either, and I find the Chalice III the perfect atty, for me anyway. And it is really, really built well. It's a very classy piece of work. And a REO is....well, a REO. I think you may have finally found the end-game. That's not to say you've bought your last mod. You will find that REOs are VERY addictive. Almost nobody can stop at just one....or even two.

I have a stupid question about these 14500 minis. Why would anyone want to put a 22mm atty on one of these since 14500 batteries do not put out enough amps to sub ohm anyway? Maybe I'm just plain dumb about this, but I don't get it.

I doubt anyone will want to on a mini but there's other attys out there smaller then 22mm.. shocking!

Cyclone with afc is one that won't fit a non lp reo but prob would look fine on a lp mini with about as much or less overhang as a 22mm atty has on a grand now. Rm4 as well.

I asked a legitimate question. Thanks for the rude, sarcastic reply.

I also run my derringer in dual coil at 1 ohm.

Your question seemed to be made at making fun of the mini with its lp. Basicly stating that it's pointless for a lp for large attys with a small 9amp battery.

If I read that wrong them blame the internet.

I'm sorry, but when I re read my question I can't see where I was making fun of anything. I was asking for information about something I personally didn't understand. Had you written your original answer without adding the "shocking" I wouldn't have thought it was rude or sarcastic, just informative. So since you have trouble understanding my intentions, please refrain from trying to answer any of my future questions.

BlueSnake, you're right...the batteries on these baby REOs are not made for sub-ohming and cloud chasing. The coolest Looking RBA out right now for these (IMHO) is the Chalice III....and maybe the RM2 and RM3. Anything bigger, it'll look top heavy.

Thanks for your reply. That's exactly what I was thinking, but I thought maybe I was missing something. I had a 14500 mini for a brief time and I know they are very small. I know some people really love the form factor, but for me they are just too small. They just don't hold enough juice or battery for me. But I would never put them down because obviously they are very well suited to some people's vaping style.

I mean shocking as everything new out now is a 22mm atty. And people have mentoned that the reo should change its look to fit the new standard 22mm atty.

Though the obvious small mod and small 14500 batts should stick to a small atty (rm2,rm3,rm4,cyclone,era,hornet,Divo ect, ect.

Lots still love small attys as one don't need sub ohmage. 1-2 ohms will satisfy in a small atty.

My first REO (back in 2011) was a Mini....and I used it and only it for almost two years before I felt the need for a Grand. I got used to the small bottle and small batteries....I just carried extra stuff with me all the time. If I recall correctly, I always had my little battery case with me with 3 batteries and one extra juice bottle in it. It was small....fit on my key ring. That's back in the day, long before RBAs. I may have carried a couple of cartos, too.

It was such a step up from the 90 mAh cig-alike Joyetech 510s I had been using, when I carried about 5 extra batteries with me at all times, that I thought it was the cat's meow! Hahaha. It's all relative. I still like to have one down in a corner of my purse.....sort of a security blanket.

I remember back before the Mini 2.0 and 2.1. Reonauts were wanting a bigger battery and if possible a larger juice bottle.

Back then it was the Grand or the Mini for metal REO's. Those who thought the Mini was not giving them what they wanted also thought the Grand was too big.

As he always does, Robert got to work on a Mini 2.0 that would give the bigger battery. Then the RBA's hit and a larger drip well was needed. We got the Mini 2.1.

Still the tiny little Mini holds a place in the REO family. It is perfect as a pinch hitter REO. One can be set-up and ready to use as a back-up if you are out. They pack quite a punch with a RM2 set at 1.0. And the battery lasts great for a run out and about.

I love them because they are just so damn cute and tiny! Until you have held a Mini, used a Mini and had that experience you will not understand.

I think everyone should have one Mini. Just for the heck of it!

These are mine now:
  1. Mini Polished
  2. Mini Nickle
  3. Mini Polished Nickle
  4. Mini Gold/Polished Black
  5. Mini Polished Purple/Purple
  6. Mini Polished Purple
Number 7 will be the regular Polished Brass!

Couldn't agree more!
My mini is still going strong since 2012. Used to be my everyday mod like Jan I got used to having a little carrying case with extra batteries and bottle.
It is still my sentimental fave as it was my first REO. It's now my trusty backup that I always have in my car loaded and ready with a 1ohm coil on a Hornet, packs a big punch for such a little guy! Great for going into restaurants or when dressed up and want something a little more pocket friendly.

Well, since there was only two non lps, and I already have a black mini, I decided on the tumbled! Maybe rob will magically make it pink for me lol. I only have one mini that I take out of the house, because the goldie is too special! So I think this new one can accompany me without getting hurt :)
