I missed this first time around: Notice that SG basically says that in five years, the answers to scientific questions will be negative (DANGER! DANGER!), therefore we'll have to try to stuff the genie etc. (Just in case you were wondering whether or not he's already made up his mind...)

I would love to stuff Stan Glantz in a bottle and see where he's at in five years, scientifically or otherwise...

Great pickup Greg - thanks for posting the article info!

I think its finally time for OUR due. The industries reputation has been beaten up for long enough. I hope the momentum wave starting from the EU makes it all the way here to the States!!

Don't forget about your friends to the north too eh? Health Canada needs to get called out like this too!!

It's up to 3.6 shares now. :)

Just shared on my Facebook along with this:

This article is pure truth. Ask yourself who benefits if ecigs are banned? It certainly won't be the public, the people that are trying to quit smoking. It won't be the people that have loved ones that are trying to quit. Ecigs have the potential to wipe out the cigarette industry as a safer alternative. They have the potential to be a more effective quit method that the patch, gum and meds combined. Ask yourself again who benefits if ecigs are banned? The list just got longer.

Now ask yourself, if the cigarette industry is severely hampered, who loses all the tax revenue? Holy cow! The list just doubled. Now we are talking about Federal Government, State Government and Local Government.

3.8 now, I shared it and quoted your statement, wasn't even going to try and change it.
