New Auto DAV taking FOREVER to charge!!!

Ms. catjoyy, if you're still having an issue with the charger I would suggest trying to clean the charger to ensure the post is clean. If you've done this, just email me at brandon@vapor4life.com with the order number and I'll look into getting you a replacement.

Oh and I have tried charging on 2 brand new chargers - got my husband a Titan kit as well

If it was completely drained Ms. Catjoyy then it will take a bit. 5-8 hours is a good rough estimate but have had a few 650mah batts that took as much as 10.5 hours to charge when completely drained. Once the slim line goes into cv mode only gives out 10-12ma, so that last 15% can take much longer on some batts than others depending on the cell.

Yes, I have always said that until the LiIon batteries are in a regular charge cycle, the first few charge cycles may be longer than the later ones.

Hey Morandir...have you also noticed that the first charge cycle on a new rechargeable battery can be atypical?
