Here's what I have so far running .7 ohm dual:

Started with 4.19
2 hours later reading was 4.05 (normal / moderate vaping)

1 hour later 4.03 (heavy / chain vaping)

Took a few more puffs then went to bed. Reading was 4.01 this morning.

1 hour later of heavier / chain vaping 3.90

1 hour later of moderate vaping 3.88

So so far about 5 hours of fairly heavy vaping and an overnight stint in the mod and it's still above 3.8. I'm guessin I put about 3 mls thru it.

At this stage, how would you compare this battery's endurance to the AW IMR 1600MaH?

Thanks, about to order some new batts soon.

Thanks for the breakdown Russ. How does performance/drop off compare to say the AW IMR 1600s thus far?

Just took another reading at 3.83.

It's kinda hard for me to compare because I never measured the 1600s like this. But right now, I'm gonna switch mods (.5 ohm dual coil) and batteries and see if it gets me thru to bedtime remaining above 3.8. That's prolly a better seat of the pants method than the ongoing one I just concluded :)

If it makes it till bedtime it's better in the torque curve than the 1600s IMO :)

I gotta say, Russ, when you take on a mission, you are staunch right to the end. I would have expected nothing less.:)
Thanks for the follow-up info. Mine should be arriving hopefully tomorrow. I'm pumped.

Thank you Roger :)

Well I started this latest experiment at 11 am today at 4.18 and at 3:45 I logged 4.04. My reading just now is 3.94. I've vaped 1/3 of the bottle and still going. I do believe this will be an all day battery in my case. I am working tonight and will post a final reading when I sign off :)

So hats off to the tip off on the all day .5 ohm battery Roger :)

Hey Russ,

Please, when you sign off, tell us the time where you are.

Also, I use a single coil at 0.9 Ohms on my RM2 so I should use battery at a slower rate than your setup with a dual coil at 0.5 ohm, am I guessing right?

Thanks for pioneering this for us.

Will do. Yes, higher resistance equals longer battery life. No worries my man, just marking the trail Roger led me to :)

Ok, 11:00pm EST, a full 12 hours and 3 ml (on a TRA grand / Odin / .5 dual coils) since we started this little test and my readings are:

11:00am 4.18

3:45pm 4.04

7:40pm 3.94

9:45pm 3.88

11:00pm 3.86

This includes periods of heavy vaping, especially over the last 20 minutes while I watched regulation and the OT period expire and the Bruins defeat the dead wings in a 2-0 shoutout.

I would have changed my 1600's midway thru this stint.

Thanks again Roger.

Over and out. Shazzbot Nanu Nanu.

I'm liking these batteries.

REO Grand with a dual coil .5 ohm Odin on top and a full juice bottle. The 2200 lasted the whole bottle when with the 1600's I would change batt after about 2/3 of the bottle. The 2200 started at 4.2 and when the bottle was empty read 3.69. For me, that's damn near perfect!!

Fill bottle, install battery, vape all day.

Repeat as necessary.

Any time the Dead Wings lose, ...I'm a happy camper. Just can't stand that team. Took my Nephew (big Wings fan) to Nashville to watch a Preds & Wings game in 2009. The whole team is the biggest snobs I've ever seen! Every single player took two steps out of the Hilton Hotel (beside Bridgestone Arena), and stepped onto the bus parked in front at the entrance door. They rode the bus to the underground entrance to the arena. There were 300+ fans standing there to get pictures, autographs, and etc. The Red Wings staff and players totally IGNORED them! My nephew was so depressed.

Since then, he's a coverted Predators fan. Hope Laviolette can change the Preds around for the best. Glad Trotz is gone!! I was part of the group that wanted to see HIM and his Dump n Chase system out the door. Now, he's in Washington riding off Ovie's success.

Back on topic. I'll have to order some 2200's. If they get you through at .5ohms, ...they'll last me a lot longer at 1.3ohms. :thumb:

Thanks for the charge test, supe.

Dunno why, but I had you figured for a 6-10ml per day man. 3 ml in 12 hours on a .5ohm dual setup - that's just plain reserved.

Also, bonus points in my book for being a hockey guy (we Canadians respect that in a fella).

My ex asked what I wanted for my birthday one year and I asked for a Patrick Roy sweater. My Mother said if you paid $360 for a Hockey jersey at least they could have spelled your name right.

Soooooo....yesterday I was pretty impressed with the 2200's performance with the dual .5 ohm Odin. (post a couple pages back)

Today's "stupid human test" will be a REO Grand with a full bottle of NT Virus, a Cyclone with a single 1 ohm coil and a new 2200 with a starting 4.2 charge.

I do like the shorter fire button travel of the button tops as compared to the flat tops. I had been using VTC5's only because they would last me all day. Now I think the VTC's will be delegated to the Woodvil's, Hana and VS rDNA!!

I'm finding the same thing. With a .45 dual coil, I'd get about 4ml before needing a battery change. With these new 2200s, I'm getting 5ml+. They hang in there above 3.7 for a significantly longer time. I'm pretty happy with them.

I just got mine yesterday afternoon. I charged on up and put it in my LP Grand with an Odin built with duals, .42Ω total. Vaped last night until bedtime. This morning, battery measured at 3.99, vaped until work, then at work but not as hard as at home. Came for lunch, measured at 3.85 at noon. Decided to change it out for the remainder of work and this evening. I might be able to get a better test this weekend when home. But so far, I like it and I like the button tops with regards to the fire button throw better than the flat tops.
