It's already a replacement.

It is not leaking. It works for a couple of draws, then a little gurgling and then nothing - no vapour etc. The coil works after a couple of draws in another tank.

That's strange, and too bad because it is an excellent tank. If you're not getting any vapor, are the wicks getting saturated, or is it burning your wicks? Did you have the same issue with the first Silo you had?

Yep, the wicks are OK, probably oversaturated, I don't know.. No burning, no anything. You press the butten and nothing happens. Maybe a short in the base. I'm not a pro-vaper, but I get my stuff. This one, I don't.
The first Silo was kind of bent, couldn't even assemble it properly.
Haven't tried the additional o-ring yet, though.. Using my Naughty Minis, lazy..

I'm definitely no pro vapor either; but on my quest to find what cleros work best for me, I've found no other tanks that work as well as the Aspire BVC tanks. And of course the Silo too.

However, I don't use the glass tanks as I've replaced both the mini and the full size Nautilus tanks with their metal lattes counterparts. One, they look much better and two, they're safer from drops and spills. And a third...they look damn good on my P3

I'm truly sorry you've had issues with your Silo; and besides, the mini is a great tank too.

I've not tried the Silo mini. Have you? I haven't really wanted to because I think it uses the older BDCs instead of the BVCs. But others seem to like it.

Yeah, I use my Minis with the T-Tanks and Silo drip-tips.

I have the Silo Lite too. Doesn't work for me, though. Gurgling etc. The small Aspire BVC the Silo Lite takes (and the Aspire K1) is not that powerful. Lives in the drawer now...

I have to comment on this topic.
I've had the Silo Tank since Sept or October and It hasn't missed a beat, it was so good I bought another.
Both work perfectly with the Nautilus BVC coils.
None of the crackling and spitting I get with the Atlantis.
A tank of juice will last all day, with the Hana Mod V3 set at 15watts produces a lot of vapour, not quite as much as the Atlantis, but almost.
The only flaw I've had is after a while, the base becomes hard to remove to refill, and occasionally needs pliers to make the first turn.
The Nautilus BVC coils last around 2 weeks.
The Silo works well on the istick and Hana V3.
I have the Atlantis, Lemo, and the Kanger sub ohm, all fine clearo's, only the Lemo is satisfying as my Silo Tanks.
The Silo produces vapour similar to what it feels like smoking a cigarette, I recommend it to those still trying to quit tobacco.

It's been oh 3-4 months now for me, still using my first Silo with zero issues. I did buy a second Silo (still boxed) in case I am klutzy enough to damage or otherwise need a new one. For me, it's all about the largest airhole, and using the BVC heads. I vape the same juice all the time, and I lung-hit like I did as a smoker.

Two points that I've learned? Snug, not tight on the fittings. And, from time to time you need to dry-out the space *under* where the coil screws in~! With a Q-tip, you *can* pop out both the spring/end, and the gasket (don't lose them!) and then completely dry that very bottom area - I have found that I get some 'weirdness' with even a drop of juice in there.

I'm still just using a Mini Nautilus on my iStick, though I'm still fairly happy using iClear 16s on iTaste V3s as well. The Nautilus performance has been so-so for me with high VG juice, as I get intermittent dry hits due to insufficient wicking.

I have the newer, larger wicking holes, version of the Nautilus BVC heads on order. Has anyone tried those out yet on the full size Silo tank? I like the juice capacity of the Silo, and the better apparent airflow, but the price with shipping seems a bit steep. I'd like to know if they run well with the updated, larger wick holes, Nauty BVC heads?

Can you help me figure this out?

I'm interested in a Silo based on the posts here. I've got a good supply of Nautilus BVCs for my Nautilus and my Mini.

Sounds like the full size Silo will take the Nautilus BVCs and the Silo Lite will take the regular Aspire BVCs, Any chance you can confirm this before I click? Thanks!

ooops  Just checked the website again and its spelled out right there. At least I was right! Sorry for the interruption. Please continue vaping! :vapor:
