Anyone aware about the new tobacco bill that Mayer Bloomberg of NYC wants to enact which includes E-cigarettes as a tobacco product

My thoughts on the arm pit of America is this, Have been there and done that, was 5 blocks from the towers when they got hit, and will never go back. This part of the country should be recognized as a whole different country in itself. Last time I bought a pack of Analogs there they were damn near 15.00 a pack....
