New Buzz owner question

Got my new Buzz from notcig yesterday and love it. While playing with the voltage I noticed while the button wasn't pushed, I was getting a 0.05 dcv reading on my DVM. Is there a reason to be alarmed?

I think all PV'S discharge some voltage. This is a very small amount.. I dont think this is anything to be alarmed about.
Someone with more knowledge will pop in, Im sure and give you more details.

This is normal , the IC inside has a idle current , it is VERY low and will not drain the batts
