I decided it was time to prep a couple new cartomizers to put into rotation. I use the LR 510 Megas for my 3.7 PVs. For my P10 I don't like them black so I spend the extra time to remove the sticker and then scrub off the glue residue with alcohol. This takes a few minutes for each one, but well worth it to have the best cartomizer I've found and to get it to look nice on the P10. After cleaning, I filled each one and let them sit for a while, then topped them off. Then I screwed them on to test and make sure they weren't flooded. First one worked great, tasted great, etc. as per usual. Second one though I couldn't inhale through at all. It was heating up, just wasn't getting any airflow. Took it off to make sure center tube was clear, and it looked fine. Checked over everything and that's when I noticed there were no holes above the threading.

Well, because I'm stubborn and male, I decided why return it when I can just fix it myself. I got out my Dremel and a 1/32 drill bit and went to work. One hole was still too tight on the pull, so to be different I put a second hole, but only a short distance around instead of opposite side like normal. Airflow is a little tighter than normal now, but works fine.

So, if you ever get an atomizer or cartomizer with out air holes and are decent with tools, fixing them is not hard.

T you must have taken that class in how to operate a drill then huh? You can go into business now.

LOL, no 5card, I found a better deal. I came across a headlight out of an old 1985 Oldsmobile and I've been using it for fortune telling and reading palms. I sell a little lemonade on the side and so far I've been making some good money.
