[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]another quote from that same Battery University site:

Although lithium-ion is memory-free in terms of performance deterioration, batteries with fuel gauges exhibit what engineers refer to as "digital memory". Here is the reason: Short discharges with subsequent recharges do not provide the periodic calibration needed to synchronize the fuel gauge with the battery's state-of-charge. A deliberate full discharge and recharge every 30 charges corrects this problem. Letting the battery run down to the cut-off point in the equipment will do this. If ignored, the fuel gauge will become increasingly less accurate. (Read more in 'Choosing the right battery for portable computing', Part Two.)

Correct but as it says, only batteries with "fuel gauge" circuitry.... like on a laptop or smartphone where the battery reports the available charge remaining.....

Boge does indeed make a Leo PT (pass through). Now they also have a two battery set called the Royal Leo (without crystals on the ends), and a Sport Leo which has a lanyard attached to the cap, and oddly, a compass at the USB port end. New colors are coming out soon too... I guess February sometime.

Boge should have its cartomizers out for the Leo now, too. 4ml of juice they hold.
