New coil gurgling?

I know my supplier does order mods from fasttech but are the coils from there legit?

The box looks very generic which is for iclear30. If only filled to the 2ml mark it's ok but over that and it floods. Changed the coil again and the second one seems ok. Just wondering if it's normal to get a dud here and there.

I have gotten tanks missing o-rings. So I'm going to say duds can happen, but its been easy to fix so far.
