HI Everyone

I have many questions but I'll start with this. I have a 1100mah Riva battery and a generic vision clearomizer. It was starting to go out, and my order doesn't arrive until next week. So... I google how to clean it. I followed the steps I saw on a you tube video and nothing happened. When I tried to draw literally nothing happened no sound etc... So I just threw it away and went to the shop down the street to get another. Could drawing on a clearomizer I tried to clean out damage my battery in any way? And do the generic clearomizers have a reputaion of leaking? My new one looks like it spews drops from the center coil. Thanks for whomever leaves feedback!

More than likely the center pin on the Riva got pushed down too far to make the connection with the cartomizer/clearomizer.

Unfortunately almost all clearos leak a small amount on the battery connector. You do want to make sure you are cleaning the contacts on your battery with either a small wad of paper towel, a q-tip etc when ever you remove the clearo from the battery to avoid eventual seepage into the battery

They do start to leak a much greater amount when the atomizer head starts to wear out and you either need to replace the head if your clearo allows this or replace the clearo outright

Drawing on a clean dry clearo will not damage your battery but will possibly ruin the clearo - never try to vape pure water as you will either burn your mouth (eliquid vaporizes at a much lower temperature than water) or short out your clearo and possibly damage your battery

Our normal chant here is backups, backups, backups

That is the first I have ever heard of anyone trying to do that. Has someone actually said they did this? Why?
