so, I have been searching the web looking for a wholesale source of PV (want to add a line to a storefront retail location)....and a place I was considering suddenly eliminated it's entire line of KR808.....then I went to the Kranger site and discovered that they have changed the picture of their KR808d cartmomizers to this...

male threads on the cartomizer now?....
http://www.kanger-electronic-cigarette.com/electronic-cigarette-china/electronic-cigarette-Electronic-Cigarette-KR808D-1-12/

and they have a new listing for a KR208k which looks familiar

I can't find my notes... but it looks like a picture of the Kr808 model which is different from the Kr808D.... Kanger has many models for the 808 like 808b 808d-1/2/3 just to name a few

the Kr808 as you can see has a male connection that is similar to the rn4081 which is not compatible with the 510 (might have to do more research.. I think is similar to the Npro) here is the 4081 sub-forum if you wanna
ask RN 4081 *Super Mini* - E-Cigarette Forum

if it is infact a cartomizer(2pc) it should fit on the 4081 batteries as well (not 100%)
check out this S.African site for details about that ECS 4081 Cartomizers

Now for the KR208k that is a manual compatible for the KR808D cartomizers (again not 100%) the Kr808d-w or Kr808w-1 (something like that is another manual compatible)

902s from Electronic Cigarettes from Cigeasy - Home of the Easy E-Cigarette is another cartomizer (D) compatible battery... not sure the exact manufature/model for that though

This might not give the EXACT answers... but will give you more research guidance... or spark other members to interject either more info or corrections to my long winded post

There are also NON-kanger KR808D-1 products. LeCig and VaporNine carry them. Since your not talking about an online store they MIGHT be willing to help you out....couldn't hurt to ask! IMHO the non-kanger products as well as Greentech/Greencig products are superior. More expensive yes.....but worth it in the long run. For a brick and mortar store I would surely want to carry a top of the line product. Greentech has a wholesale website...just Google them.

Hey...like the new avatar! :)

The primary difference is the VaporNine , besides not being made by Kanger, is that instead of little breather holes drilled through the threads they have a slot across the top that runs right across the hole in the center of the battery connection end. The slot is what allows for airflow instead of the holes. This makes it compatible with standard, premium (V4L) Turbo (VaporNine) AND Greencig carts with no adapter needed.

I do not know if they last longer or are of higher quality. I have only had my VaporNine battery for less than a day so I'm still testing it.

My personal believe and experience is that the Greencig cartomizer is far superior in design from all the rest. It has a totally different integrated atomizer which is not made out of metal (although of course there is a metal heating coil that runs through the bundle of atomizing fibers...but your filler never comes in direct contact with it), which means you will never experience the "burn out" you get with standard and premium carts. They ARE refillable despite what the manufacturer says and they last and last and last...in fact...other than taking them apart and ruining them myself I have yet to have one die on me and I have been using and refilling the same three carts for over a week not....with NO loss of flavor.

The runner up appears to be the Turbo carto by VaporNine....it has a different ohm rating for it's atty coil allow which allows it to run a little cooler. Some people won't like that because it does mean less throat hit...but it also means a smoother cooler vape and possibly less burn out. I have just started usning them so again...I can't say for sure yet from my own experience. But I'll keep you posted!

No problem :)

I also just remembered that if anyone is interested in a nice, affordable mod made especcialy for the KR8 the guys over at Ikenvape make a Laser Mod that runs about $35....I have no idea how the battery life stacks up to the regular KR8 batteries but it's a nice looking little thing. Also if you want a really beautiful mod that is threaded for the KR8 Vaporking sells the GG. It is gorgeous! They have the Slim and now the Super Slim...man are they pretty! They even have this outragous "fuel pump" that automatically keeps it filled with juice. But we are talking premium price here. It's worth it to go check out just to see how beautiful they are!

Who carries the Greencig cartomizers and are they compatible with kr8 batteries?
Drew at Nhaler

no...you need an adapter:

9$ Drew at Nhaler

No...they don't have any other flavors...what you see is what you get right now. He's working on more in the future.

Yes...you can easily refill them and they last a long time. I have been using the same one for over a week every day, with flavor changes and it's just now starting to taste a little "off". I have some highly sophisticated scientific tests planned to learn the proper cleaning
method....

stay tuned.

Do not bother taking it apart...just drip the juice into the battery end slowly. Then either let it sit awhile...(like an hour) or put a spin on it. See "the spin" here. As well as several other cool things to do with cartos.

If you don't want to shell out the money for Greencig batteries and also don't want to deal with an adapter you can buy compatible batteries from Ben at VaporNine. You want the Nebula battery. They are compatible with any KR808D-1 cartomizer as well as Greencig/Greentech cartomizers. (NOT Greensmoke...different company...different animal...don't waste your time) Ben also sells a Turbo cartomizer which is much better than either the standard or the so-called premium sold by Ben's nemesis. The blanks will be in stock in about a week. No there are no other flavors...no you can't get them anywhere else on Earth.

Just remember...at this point your buying Greencig carts for their superior quality and durability....so don't ..... about the flavor...vape it out and refill it :)

Drew says he's the nicest guy in the world. And he may be. But Ben's a pretty nice guy too. :D

I actually like the GreenCig Flavors the best of anything I've tried. Their Orange is pretty good...Vanilla is perfect...AND my god the Apple is perfect...I've never tasted an Apple that was this good...I open the box and the smell of Apples just hits me!

I guess everyone has different taste buds...but they are by far my #1...I refill them...but I always keep on stock carto in my PCC.

Good to know Sense Field. And your right...I was just speaking for myself...since I do have some odd tastes. My absolute to die for must have it everyday vape....Rosewater from Vapor Station That said I do totally agree about the Vanilla....I originally bought it just because I figured it would be fairly neutral when it came time to refill...but it is REALLY good. And thats saying something because Vanilla is a difficult flavor to get right. I'll have to give some of the others a try then....I do love apples.

btw...speaking of Bens nemesis......I dropped one of their auto batteries in the bathtub yesterday.....(hey...at least it wasn't a passthrough!).....and it still works!!!! woohooo....I'm really glad because that was my favorite pink XL battery.

oh yes....and there is also LeCig Mike seems like a nice guy too and he offers free shipping in the USofA. :) They carry greencig carts and batteries as well as a different type of KR808D-2 which I know nothing about. But I'm sure Mike would be happy to explain it to you. Or someone else on the forum.
