I thought I read here last night that V4L has hired a new customer service rep from Cape Cod but now I can't find the info anywhere!
I got a bad battery on my last order. It's just beautiful (cobalt blue XL) and I love how it looks, but it's a dud. No matter what I do, it just doesn't work for more than a nano-second - and it blinks constantly when it's on the charger.
I know that V4L will take care of it and send a replacement, so I'm not worried about it. My problem is that I'm not sure how to best contact them? Is Valerie the new Go-To person? I've read that using the website email address isn't always the best route to take because there have been problems with the email addy.
Can someone please steer me in the right direction? Thank you!
