what does the small text in right top corner in a diffrent language say?

I don't really know what you mean,but I will explain everything that is on label:
-left top ( production date )
-left bottom ( best before,or shelf life ) hope you know what i mean
-right top ( serial number of production )
-right bottom ( suggested amount for use in % )

And text on the bottom is information about vendor and where it's made.
