Hey all...

Since I started my journey along the vaping path around four months ago, I've primarily been using cartos and tanks to get my fix.

Lately I've been wanting to try some new flavors, but feel I should get into dripping for this endeavor as it wouldn't be fun to waste cartos on juice I may or may not dislike. Had a few failed attempts at dripping early on and decided to put it on the back burner.

To the drippers out there, what would you all recommend as a decent dripping setup for my Provari?

Thanks in advance!

I 2nd the standard atty.

There is a cheat. If you don't plan on dripping a lot, or want to practice... use the plastic cart that comes with the atty. Just remove the foam and maybe trim a mm of the end of the plastic.

You'll have to remove it to drip. However... 1) no drip tip needed. 2) It helps stop juice-in-mouth if you flood it (and new drippers often do). If you decide you like dripping, get a couple of drip tips.

Debridging is way over-rated IMO. Others think it's the greatest but... for me it's meh. The thing is that the bridge, mesh and wicks are there to hold juice. That's what they're built for. So drip on em. They help hold onto juice. It's fine.

Blow out the atty. Prime with 4 drops. Vape a bit. Getting dry? 3 drops...vape...3 drops...vape...3 drops....

Yeah, I already have a few drip tips that I use for my carto tanks, so that's all set.

Guess I'll blow out this old atomizer and see how she goes.

I bought a good quality atty about 3 weks ago, but didnt have good luck with it at first. It either had a burnt taste, but when I added a couple more drops, it was now flooded!

So tonight I broked it out again, and blew out the juice that was still inside it all wrapped up in carto condoms, and then I added 3 drops of juice and vaped it, and it worked out well! I was using it on my Lava Tube variable voltage device, and since its a low resistance atomizer, I only cranked it up to 3.7 volts.

I was able to quickly sample 6 juices that had been steeping. All I had to do in between juices was to unscrew the atty from the Lava tube each time I was done sampling a flavor, but leave the drip tip on it, and blow out the excess liquid with my lips on the drip tip blowing the liquid through the little holes on the bottom of the atty. Then I'd wipe it off real quick, screw it back on, and drip in new juice flavor. That was all it took to get rid of the previous flavor!

I see people adding new juices right on top of drops of the previous juice, and that sounds gross to me! I dont want to mix all these flavors all up!

Do yourself a favor and get a Phoenix RBA. Much better than a regular atty.
I've wanted to try these, but I'm concerned that the previous flavor will stick around a LONG time in the cotton.
I've asked about this a few times, but had no replies.

Can you give me your thoughts on that?

I'm having great luck with this Bulldog (Phoenix RBA clone) I picked up. The factory coil is kicking out some great tasting vapor, and has been doing so famously for two weeks now. Really impressed with this, but as far as portability it's a bit lacking as the airhole will leak everywhere if you keep it on your person.

You can't go wrong having a variety of devices, though. Even if you find something you like better, it's good to have backups in case anything fails. And really, if you're nic beast is getting slain by a $10 atomizer or a $20 tank, who cares? At least you aren't smoking. :vapor:
