New E-Cig Regulations

Hey all.
And so it starts. I got into vaping to quit smoking. I work in a bar in Duluth, and was hoping to avoid having to go outside again to get my fix, especially during the cold winter and hot summer months up here. I guess that won't be the case for long. Vapers are to become regarded as second class citizens, same as are smokers. Out the door we go with the City Council's new ruling. I have steered about 12 of my smoking customers into vaping, and was hoping for more when it got really cold out. This is disappointing. See the council votes below. Let me know what you think.

not the worst thing that could happen. A total vaping ban or 70% tax would be worse.

Duluth's been had; the American Lung Association should fire McKone for spreading conjecture and falsehoods, but the city counsel probably invited her, simply because the ALA gave them a "bad grade".

Dumb.

We have discussed both at Minnesota Vapers Advocacy & Minnesota League of Distinguished Vapers (both groups on Facebook). It is sad, especially in a college town, to see such ignorance enacted. Duluth has much bigger fish to fry.

My company just implemented a policy to ban eCigs inside. The reason is someone was accused to smoking in the bathroom when they were vaping. As stated above, I'm more worried about a ban and high taxes though.
