Hello all. I'm new to ecigs after 10 years of smoking marlboros. I received my blu kit on Aug 26 and too my suprise i haven't picked up a cig since. My blu kit is serving me well , i had to quit cigs because the hospital i work in just became non smoking. The blu kit came with a broken atomizer and inconsistent cartridges.

I have already sent the atomizer back but am keeping the kit to have at work. I am about to order the Mako MIDI from electronicstix tomorrow with 2 CR2's and some cartomizers for the mako and blu.

Question....What juice from their site do you guys recommend.....not in terms of flavor but strength. I see some are 24mg for 15ml and others are 24mg for 10ml. Do the 10ml droppers have any advantage. Thanks for any help and thanks for this great forum.

SIDE NOTE: Just wanted to point out that i called electronicstix today and i guess spoke with the owner. He didn't mind answering any of my noob questions and seems like a great guy. Excellent customer support.

I am also a new e-cig user. Personally, I order the strongest strength available then dilute it with vegetable glycerine (VG). Now I've actually got totally into making my own juices from 100mg strength unflavored nicotine juice and inventing recipes. This is a lot of fun, and increases the bond between you and your e-cig. Vap a bit of strawberry-cherry-licorice, Cherry-cinnamon bomb or Banana Nut Spice Bread and in no time you will find the taste of a real cigarette really disgusting. (I'll will be posting my recipes in the DIY recipe forum shortly.

Good Luck! eeMGee.

myfreedomsmokes has flavors with up to 48mg nicotine, that's the highest I've found, it is very strong and do Not recommend using it without diluting it, beware! I was a 2.5 pack a day smoker and it's still pretty potent. They also have high octane (60 & 100mg) unflavored if you ever go DIY..but make sure you know what you're doing if you mess with that stuff. I thought I needed the high nic stuff, turns out I do fine with 24mg.

As mentioned DO NOT SMOKE the 100mg strength unflavored liquid. They do also warn that the 48mg stength is to be diluted.

When I bought my Vapormaxx, their juice selection was 40mg (advertised equivalent to full strength cigarette). I was a bit surprised after browsing around that most other places have ~30mg as their strongest. I just checked their site and now at Vapormaxx 36mg is their highest, I don't know if my "40mg" is really only 36mg, or if they reduced it because 40mg is getting up there... At any rate I started out smoking that juice I bought with my initial order and didn't have any negative effects, but I was a 2 pack a day smoker for almost 20 years. Now I target 30mg as the strength for my DIY juices.

I have added a few recipes to the forum:

I order it flavored, I dont understand DIY. I tried To dilute it a couple times and it turned out weak, therefore badly. It didnt take me long to throw in the towel on DIY juice. I started with 12 mg, moved up to 18 mg, then 24 mg. I found at each increase I was sufferung the withdrawal, no matter how much I vaped. Flavors didnt matter, vapor production didnt either. How ever the nic level did settle me down at 24 mg. At that point I feel quite content.
