Is Janty paying you? Or are you kissing their ... just for free?????????
Because in the case of most of us: WE are payin THEM................... So, the whole 'development / beta stage' thing sounds cool, but if we are gonna be part of the process, which is a pain BTW, then, maybe, we should also be part of their winnings, dont you think?

EDIT: This is not meant to be an insult of any kind; Im not mad at you; you've got a point and sound logical. Im just mad at Janty for they have promised me eternal-tesla-life, heee! So dont take this personal... We cool?

Amen revolver.
Had to laugh to myself when one vendor told me there has been a supprisingly low number of failure's with this atty.
OK, then why the DOA/48 hr policy only if that rate is so low? I'd like to believe it, but don't right now.

I think alot if not most who use this thing love the no-fuss experience, but only if it works right long enough to justify its cost.

Not like this "process" were going thru is anything close to new for anyone who's been around awhile-atomizer, cartomizers, mods, etc....
The dissapointment to me is I was hoping this whole darn "development stage" was finally completed with "something" that worked so excellent initially.

And now with so many more juice's and more and more being VG......

Hmmm, that was a bit harsh...

We're just sharing our experiences here, aren't we?

I've been using my two atties for 5 weeks without any major problems whatsoever. Two atties and two tanks. I never had a leak, I had maybe a couple of dry hits at the beginning, mainly because I had ordered those black tanks and I couldn't see how much juice I had left in them.

And I assure you that nobody is paying me. I wish they would. Not even a free tank...

Yes... Maybe it was a bit harshy... But Im a bit touchy about the fact that everytime circumstances are dull or there is something which may signal problem to JANTY's products in a thread, conveniently enough there is some 'heroe' who happens to just chime in PRAISING them... First this used to take place at the very last minute, and lately it seems to occur before one might sense things could translate into a negative compilation of opinions from products. Im sorry if this pattern isnt anything but a mere coincidence, for it could very well be... But it just feels as a master-mind-re-channeling-the-data-flow-out-of-convenience type of thing. Im not accusing really... I wouldnt know...
Also: The eGo T set up seems to be working OK for most experienced vaporers... But then again, there are downsides and difficulties... I mean, how come this thread is this long? Its insane...!
Again: I was a bit harsh. SORRY. The opinion of the person I questioned seemed also an honest and responsible one, so I shouldnt have said that the way I did. The spirit of what I said, though, remains true to me...
Nothing within the vaping world is consistent or convenient for the most part... And this we should not take for granted as a premise, otherwise everything would be perfect. Many of us have had many problems with this set up... And thats REALITY.

My 2 cents...

p.s. I found vicki from cignot's video on how to tweak a wick but it was not very useful is there another one out there with a real tank atomizer video or close up camera shots. I can barely see this wick, how am i supposed to hook it and pull it up to slow down these leaks (if that is in fact why it's leaking.) also you measuring types have you been able to verify the diameter of the puncturing element and the hole...or is the design problem more fundamental (clogs and burns goes kaput regardless of leaks)

Where did you find that video? Do you have a link?

Nevermind I found it.......and here it is for others.

Not that I'm counting but it seems that you have about a 60/40 chance of getting a working atomizer without any problems. that tells me that this product was rushed to market without any concern fot the vaping public. Can you imagine any other product being brought to market that way. They would be crucified. We vapors are always searching for the Holy Grail of vaping to keep us off analogs. I'm just as guilty for buying one after reading all the complaints on this thread. 2 of my five atomizers are junk just after 3 weeks. That's just not acceptable.

That's very true. I've been looking for a perfect PV for over a year now. It doesn't exist yet. This thread is long because the product is new. The E2 thread (the third or fourth now) is even longer. So is the infamous "Burning Cartomizers" thread.

We're dealing with a new industry and shoddy, fast, cheap manufacturing out of China, with poor quality control and no real accountability. Those are the facts.

I also believe that people who have problems, or people who are new to vaping, tend to post more because they need help or advice. Those who are satisfied, or those who know what to do when they have problems, post less.

My objection to your post was a personal, unjustified attack on a fellow ECF member, not the merit of your observations.

It's all good.

Happy vaping.

I think the only way to verify that would be for a supplier to chime in. I wouldn't take the posts on this thread as a good gauge of the products reliability. Ticked off consumers will let you know how they feel much more than a satisfied customer.

It may be hard to get a supplier to admit that the product is bad though, wouldn't be good for sales.

So you may be right, but we may never know for sure how many bad units are shipped.

But if anyone is counting, I'm liking these things. :vapor::vapor::vapor:

There is a reason there is so many choices of pv's out there. Everbody's demands are different. My ego-T's have not been perfect but pretty damn close (for me). I have bought 6 of them and gave one away to a fellow vaper to try (who also loves them now). I was going to sit back and wait for the lr atty's to come out. Figured it would be a couple of weeks. I was wrong today is the day.

I am having a hard time thinking the sellers are not doing well on the sales of the ego-t atty's. Most vendors are all sold out of them. New shipments coming in and totally wicked just ordered a couple of thousand of them including the lr models

I ordered a couple of the LR's to check them out however I think that they are going to make some changes for the better to these very soon. The Chinese holiday pushed everything back by 3 weeks or more, I say in 3 more weeks we see a change in a couple small things on these Atty's, just my guess. It also strikes me kind of funny that the LR Tank Atty's are now only $11 compared to the reg Tank Atty being $14 why would this be ? it says in the ad that the LR's dont last as long so they must not be as good as the regulars id there $3 cheaper I would think, if it where a hot item believe me you that TW would be selling them for all they could, hope I'm wrong

No warranty (only DOA) on the LR's.. that right there could/would explain the price difference.

From the product info @ TW

We have been advised by the manufacturers that the Low Resistance atomizers burn out faster than higher resistance atomizers.

Therefore we offer no warranty but will allow a 24 hour time frame from receipt of the product to test it is not DOA.

We have reflected this none warranty in the price of $12.99 $11.04 per atomizer..... Enjoy the high voltage experience with your TORNADO TANK.

Well there ya go! ;-)

was what I said in my post, they don't last as long scottbee, makes me wonder though if there as good, usually a retail shop like TW would normally get all they could for a new product and especially a hot one like these are.? guess time will tell, I still say there making other adjustments to these that we will all see in a couple to a few weeks from now.!

I'm still a noob and you piqued my curiosity. I saw the youtube vids just now and they were from 2009.
What is keeping this out of our hands?
It looks like it would require more frequent fills and maybe more hastle, but golly he vaped that for like 30 min. straight....

I also saw a youvid on a mod called the "FOG" for eGo batts simalar to a GG? Looked expensive though.
