New 'family' member - just ordered my GGTS!

Hey all,

Just want to thank you for such a helpful, informative forum! I've been reading though everything here, and decided to treat myself to a GGTS. It's the AFS and the i-attys that really sold me on it, as well as the obvious attention to detail and consistent upgrades from Imeao.

The only other mod I have is a Prodigy v1, which got me off analogs entirely and is fine, but come on...the GG line is amazing. I hear some ppl .....ing about the pricing, but to me it is worth anything to stay off analogs (and the GGTS costs far less than one month of smoking costs, at least in my neck of the woods)

Unfortunately VK's has no AFS or i-atty's in stock right now, so I will enjoy my GGTS and wait patiently for the rest of the goodies! I did order some HV attys in the meantime, and I hope they will hold up to over 7v? (They are bound to hold up better than regular attys, which I am beyond frustrated with at this point)

So I got A GGTS, one brass cap. Some CR123a 3.7v batts (already have 3v batts, Tenergy) and a charger, and HV attys. I am sooooooo excited, and I hope the AFS etc is in soon!! Can't wait to not have to drip.

I plan to get the PT option as well, since I work at home at my computer all day (though I would plug in to the wall). What is a good usb adaptor thingy for this? The one I had (for my 5v PS PT) just died on me.

Anyway, thanks for all the info here! Helped me make my decision.

Welcome Sister. We need more girls here. I use the adapter like Vapn makes. They are fantastic. You will love your GGT Storm. It is just amazing.

Hi and welcome , you will love the GGTS I can honestly say they are amazing !!!.

There is however one BIG issue with the GGTS..............its made all of my others mods redundant !!

Hi my dear waywar, welcome to GG family sweety

About the A/C option, you can have my new usb wire that holds about 3 amperes so you will not have a problem any more. You can connect it to wall with something like iphone charger too so you can have a p/c option and a wall option too.. Here is one pic of it:

I too had a Prodigy V1, V2, PS USB Passthru and Protege and have sold all three since receiving my GG's. Also got rid of a Copper, Chuck, Silver Bullet with Double Barrel and all my stock starter kit batteries, stock 901's, and stock 801's. I only keep on hand my two GGTS, GGT, V1 AFS, i3's, i6's, i7's, a few 510's, ox-gard, cape cod cleaning cloths, mothers aluminum polish, juices and an assortment of batteries. Still sounds like a lot, but compared to what I cleared out, it's bare bones. This goes a long way IMHO to expressing how pleased I am with GG stuff. You won't be disappointed with your GGTS!

I know the feeling. Its like when a new idea comes to my mind and I want to make it in 1 min. I cant wait until the next day!!!

Then you make it and tell us about it. We get excited then you change it and tell us and we get more excited. Then you change it again and again and again. Then we see the video. Then you change it some more. By the time we get it we are overly anxious but what we get is perfection. It just makes it seem like we wait forever. It has always been worth the wait though.

Yes, Welcome Sister... I started with the PS PT and then the V1 and just about every mod between there and here but once I got my first GG the looking for the perfect mod was long over. I have since sold off just about everything cause they were just sitting there. And yes keep your eyes peeled for the AFS as it will end your dripping woes forever! Once you go AFS you don't go back.
