I'll just ask I guess, and if I need to ask again later, I will :).

So, first, I can get PG and VG at medical shops here for about $9 USD per liter here. All the warnings I read online are 'make sure its food grade', but that label doesn't exist on products on this side of the world. I am assured however that it is pure, and used in hospitals here, and the the label lists all the ingredients in percentages. I have looked everything up, and there doesn't seem to be anything harmful here, just wanted a few second opinions.

Here's the Glycerin, though they can't confirm that it is Vegetable or not, but they said the purity is high enough that it doesn't matter. Is this true?

Welcome! My Walmart VG is listed as 99.5% pure and your bottle looks to be on par with that. My bottle from Wizard labs does not list purity at all. Both say it's vegetable derived glycerin. If you have to have nicotine mailed to you, you should order PG and VG from the same vendor as well as flavorings and measuring equipment all in one big package. PG/VG is very cheap compared to the nic and flavorings and I'd make sure it's vegetable based before inhaling it.

yeah, the PG and VG themselves are cheap, but the shipping is monstrous to Nepal. I'd pay nearly 10x the cost after shipping charges, custom clearances, etc. not to mention I would have to spend about 4 hours at the airport cargo office here just to clear it.

Its worth it to do for the nicotine, as I just got 3 liters of 300mg nic, so that much will last me and a couple friends a long time, so the extra time and expensive is small comparatively.

I was not familiar with them, but I just called them, and they don't have any eliquid in stock, but maybe in a few weeks. He said they usually only have about 5 flavors, and premade dekang. Also, its far from me and expensive, about $5usd per 10ml, which is too much for Dekang.

Thanks though!

I was thinking that there must be a vaping community of some kind where you are, however small, and where there are vapers there are people into DIY. Stalk them.

which brings me to my next question. How unsafe is dealing with 300mg nicotine? Should I immediately dilute it? And if so, to what level? It is in a 50/50 PG/VG base, if that makes any difference.

300mg???? Seriously? You wouldn't be able to handle that safely.

Yeah, 300mg.. It was all I could find, and beggars can't be choosers. So, do you think it is too unsafe to even try diluting? I'll be careful :)

And yeah, the guys at that shop didn't really know anything about DIY, or that it was even possible to make it yourself. Most people here have never heard of or seen an e cig before. Nepal is pretty underdeveloped...

I can't read the label clearly, but it looks like it may have C3H8O3 written on it, which is mentioned in the article below.
