So, yet another flight cancelled. This time they auto booked us, and separated us to not only separate flights, but separate days (29th & 30th). The first customer service rep spoke very poor english and was not helpful. But finally we got flights through a different airline out of milwaukee...together, on saturday, instead of the flights from green bay today. Yet another exciting northern adventure.

so sorry erin, I feels your pain. two years ago Christmas piggy was stuck in the customs zone in Russian airport for four days, while I sat in my car in a snow bank in brookland ny. I even called 911 for help and they asked me if I was dieing, when I said no they literally laughed at me and told me to call back when I was then Hung up on me. that was the worst Christmas ever...

Oh gosh, at least we are warm and indoors. In laws actually have the heat cranked up especially for me.

My DD refuses to travel during the holidays because she has had so much trouble with the airlines!

I don't mind summer holiday travel, because at least if you get stock then there are more options, and usually fewer cancellations to work around.
