I was reflecting earlier that running this contest was a huge amount of work. Thanks to GotVapes for the contest and double special thanks to all the helpers who kept us honest (even early in the morning 
) and made sure we got our numbers, kept the spreadsheet up to date and generally ran a great show.
GV is definitely on my vendors list now. I'm all over the website building up a small order for this week and a bigger wishlist for payday
And thanks to all the cool people who kept us entertained waiting for a reset. (Although I think monkey left a 'surprise' behind the couch..)

Yeah, but my boss wants yet another writeup about an upgrade that we desperately need. Its to my advantage to do it, but I'm just drawing a frustrated blank when I look at it.. Play your own devil's advocate. Start writing a piece arguing that the upgrade is unnecessary and chances are you'll start coming up with discussion points to the contrary.
Everyone knows why we need it, they are just hesitating. Without getting into it, there is a huge budget mess and it will get a LOT worse if we spend on something that isn't perfect. (So the boss's boss and above are having to make technical decisions without the background knowledge to do so.)
