I actually did something like that. I was hosting a karaoke show in a bar and since I did a lot of talking I went through a lot of ice water (among other beverages). The bartender finally got tired of refilling my water so he just took a pitcher, filled it with ice water, threw in a handful of lemon slices and stuck a straw in it.When people would ask me what it was, I'd say it was the best vodka on the rocks I'd ever had.
Jack LaLaine and his ole lady used to put the whole freakin vegetable garden in their smoothies without a worry.Ok, so I found another way to "sneak" more vegetables in my diet. I puree them and put them my fruit smoothie.
Recipe:
2 ounces pureed raw carrots
100 grams pureed raw cauliflower
200 grams frozen mango, pineapple, strawberry, peach
1/2 cup 0% fat plain chobani
Water to thin enough to blend
Of course I'm not entirely sure how many servings of vegetables and fruits that is, since no agency is forthcoming on precisely what a "serving" is, but who cares- VEGETABLES!!!
