Sleep apnea by any chance? I have myoclonic jerks and they calmed down when I began wearing a CPAP mask. I often sleep with binaural beats, it helps. (I do though take medicine too)

Nope, no apnea. Just the delay (6-8am seems to be my body's "bedtime" ATM-which sucks since I have to be at work at 8) and severe rls-in both arms and legs. As in, even while awake it starts feeling like things are crawling under my skin and you can literally see large muscle twitches and rolls, it's quite creepy, sometimes it looks like I have parasites crawling under my skin.

Wow! So sorry. Never heard of it in the arms. Glad you are managing it as well as you are.

Thren, these are some quick shots I took for ya. You can see that there is a height difference when they're pulled apart. I've only tried the Stardust head in the mini vivi and not the other way around. It works, but, for whatever reason, I get juice between the head and the mouth piece. When I used the Stardust head I'll get juice in my mouth, while with the vivi head the juice that collects is able to drip back onto the coil and I get no juice in my mouth.
Thanks Matt! I have quite a few of those cone pip thingies laying around, I wonder if that would help seal off the juice? If not, I'll just have to get more stardusts for the heads I just ordered, and more heads for the vivi novas hehehe. :)

So guys, Idunno why I just thought of it, but since this place is full of generous people I thought I'd mention it and get my GV friends opinions first...

Every year my father and I run a coat/blanket... well clothes drive for the homeless in philadelphia (we give everything out on christmas morning). Do you guys think I'd get a hefty response on here if I posted a thread with information on how to donate?

just a thought... I know mailing items like this is a bit of a hassle, but is it worth a shot?

I'm right there with you, but I'm working hard to correct my sleep schedule.. tryna get to bed by 12, and using zzzquil when I can't sleep... still been getting to bed between 3-5 lately... but I forced myself to get up at 11 this morning... freakin unemployment blows.

I honestly don't know what type of response you would get but make sure you ask the mods before posting if you decide to. Don't want you to get your hand smacked for trying to do something nice.

Definitely! I'd PM J0ker about it, and probably have to post it in "The Outside" or maybe in the PIF forum....

I'm mostly backed to about 1-2 am with a rather rigorous protocol of 2 hours of blue light therapy daily (I literally carry a light around with me during my appointments), blue light blocking lenses from the time I get home from work till bedtime, 10 mg ambien, rozerem, and hot baths and muscle relaxers (flexeril helps mine, but not everyones) as needed for the worst of the rls. I rarely skip an entire nights sleep anymore and on weekends I'm MOSTLY managing to get up at 10 am.
