Welcome and Howdy from Houston m0106.gif
Congrats on deciding to quit the cancer sticks.

I've read decent reviews on the aspire brand but others more familiar with it will probably chime in later.

The body absorbs nicotine differently from vapor than from cigarette smoke. IIRC it's due to a larger size but i could be wrong. Most of the nicotine is absorbed by the tissues in your mouth and/or nose. IMO, the best way to get the nic is to exhale slowly through your nose.

Hello and welcome to the forum Habs. Glad to have you here!:)

Aspire is a well respected brand. I have both the mini and full sized Nautilus tanks. Which setup did you purchase?
I don't know why the supplier told you not to hold the vapor in your lungs. You don't have to exhale immediately.

Aspire is one of the more popular companies of vaping gear.

Not sure why the vendor said for you to immediately exhale your vapor.

From what I have been always taught, most of the nicotine present in vapor is absorbed in the mouth, throat, and nose . . . not so much is absorbed in the lungs (in particular, the small alveoli) because the vapor molecules are too large to enter into the alveoli. Therefore, its really not necessary to inhale vapor into your lungs at all. Many vapors vape like pipe or cigar smokers did . . . just puff into the mouth and exhale through both the nose and mouth. Many flavors are most appreciated by exhaling via the nose.

Be sure to increase your water intake. Pg and Vg (main components of e-liquid) are drying to mucosal tissues and the water needs to be replaced.
