Oh, and back on topic @Heike - if you get tired of buying the expensive prefilled Blu, I can't believe it, but the Vladdin RE pod has taken over my favorite RTA. This thing is really great. A small, convenient pod similar to Blu, but you can refill with much cheaper juice you buy or even very easily make to your taste. And I use NET, the most notorious coil killer of all, and these pods are lasting me 6 or more refills - more than twice what I've gotten out of any other pod. I'm really loving it.

I'm guessing over time, you'll realize that while vaping isn't the same as smoking, you'll get to a point where you like it more than smoking. I smoked 45 years, and don't even think about hitting a smoke anymore - haven't since about a couple months of vaping.

As we meander through the in's and out's of theology, sin and perhaps redemption, I wondered if Heike got her questions answered to her satisfaction? Or has she run screaming from the room wondering where in Dante's Inferno she found herself?

Hello all, my name is Heike, I'm 64, and I am considering E-Cigs. My sister (66) was diagnosed yesterday with stage 1 COPD, and I fear that I am next. My immediate goal is to mix E-cigs with real cigs, and reduce the real cigs I smoke by half. I could then decide if I want to go on.

A bit about me. I started smoking when I was 12, during school break, and when school resumed, I was a very committed smoker, a pack a day. I've smoked a pack a day since then, except for when I went through menopause, then it was a pack and a half a day. I smoke Marlboro reds 100's; I appreciate cigarettes that are long and strong. Most of my smoking is done when I'm doing nothing else, so I can fully enjoy my cigarette, as well as smoke the entire cigarette. I've never quit, never tried to quit, never wanted to quit, except for now, I at least want to reduce my smoking.

What E-Cigs would work best for me? Naturally, the feeling in the lungs is most important, but I would also hope for something that I would hold like my Marbs. Thanks in advance for any and all advice.

Heike

I never, I mean mostly, I mean sometimes I mean okay it's got to be from time to time, ever go off topic until a question has been answered and the OP hasn't come back in a while.

By that, I mean I will earnestly try to from now on.

Anna

As you may have surmised, I am one of your biggest fans on this ECF. I just thought that a new member may not have the same appreciation, as I have, for your writing style and rapid thought processes which frequently go off topic as the synapses begin to fire faster than the speed of light. Believe it or not, it took me a while to appreciate your steam of consciousness writing style along with abrupt changes in direction.

I am with you, Om WTA is one of the two commercial juices I buy.

CMD...you sound like another connoisseur of the wonders of WTA...

I have a difficult time trying to understand why more vapors don't, at least, try a bottle of WTA...since...as I posted...OmVapors frequent sales have WTA-ejuice at the same price as nicotine-ejuice...

I will say, though, that I, personally, prefer UmbaVape's WTA...(when on sale at OmVapors, of course)...
