dude...just switched from analogs 9 days ago. go with the Joye eGo..i promise! awesome throat hit!!! DFWvapor.com...James is awesome!

...from too much information. I didn't know e-cigs existed until 2 days ago when I heard an ad on the radio, I've probably got 15 hours of reading on the subject done since then, and my head is swimming. 501, TH, PT, KR808, V4L, 901, vg/pg ratios... I'm about to overload my brain.

Hello, my name is Jay, and I'm an analog-aholic.:(

Your best advice would be greatly appreciated.

I want to quit/greatly reduce the amount of cigs I smoke (2+ pad of American Spirit yellow box). Cost doesn't matter, if you know of the best e-cig out there that costs $alot I want to know about it. For now I don't care about size of the unit or battery life, I spend enough time driving from job to job or doing work at my computer. I'm looking for the closest experience in terms of throat hit, vapor, and taste to wein myself off of analogs. Ideally I would like something I could spend a of couple of minutes on in the morning, and just vape as needed all day.

I'm leaning toward the WetBox to start with. What do you guys say?

Juntas---welcome to the world of eCigs! I was just like you--and I expect we all were when first starting out.

Joye eGo!! You'll keep here eGo---go for it! Best battery life, and believe me, you want a battery that lasts a decent amount of time. It gives the best throat hit--important, if you want the best "feel" of an analog. If you drive a lot, you may want to check out a usb/car charger for you eCig.

I was smoking 1 1/4 packs of American Spirit Menthol Lights. Biggest piece of advice I can give you: Do NOT pressure yourself. If you want a cig, smoke one. But you may find--to your surprise, you prefer your eCig over your American Spirits. It's all about the juice, baby! ;) When you find one you love--look out! ;)

Also, I thought for sure I had to have a tobacco flavor with menthol. Nope!

I love my coffee vapes, toffee, pear....yummy!

Also, I use a drip tip. I don't mess with the carts (cartomizers).

It's been two weeks today I haven't had a cigarette. Have ZERO desire for one! I smoked 1 or 2 day for the first week or so, then it became less and less. Just have a good eCig, some great juice, and stick to this forum if ya hit a bump or two! :)

Congrats on your decision!

wetbox is good, but do yourself a favor go check out cignot, and pickup an ego... you will not regret it and whats more is that you wont spend a small fortune trying to find the best one. After you get that and get off the analogs, then I might suggest getting into mods if you still want to. But truthfull you can't go wrong with an ego.

Cignot is where I got mine. I liked how I could get two different colors. :)

Wanted to add---I am OFF a 35+ year cigarette habit!! Woo hooooo!!!

That's where I got mine and I did it for the same reason as you so I could get 2 colors. I only deal with LiteCigUsa.net now though.Thats where I got my wifes kit and everything since I quit shopping Cignots. Shawn's prices are more reasonable and his shipping is flat 2 bucks or free.

the eGo is a decent starter for a stock model...

but if you want something that's going to last and give you options then I'd look at mods...
the 2 that are on my list are:
the ali'i (which is a box mod) wood handmade, has a bottom feed juice feeder and takes an 18650 or 2 16340 batteries...
Welcome to R&R Manufacturing - Handcrafted Battery Box Mods

and the precise 18650 (tube style mod) all stainless, all mechanical, lifetime warranty, (a juice deeder will be coming out soon) and also takes an 18650 or 2 16340 batteries..
Super T Manufacturing, Innovative manufacturer of electronic cigarette products.

the 18650 battery right now is going to give you absolutely the best battery life and performance...
couple that with a LR306 atty and a 306 drip tip... and you should be set for the better part of your vaping life (or until you get bored and want something different)

OMG----I'm in love!! I WANT!!!!!

I know right... coming up shortly on my 1 year mark, I've been triming out alot of the extra junk...

eGo batteries and the like are good for the quick grab and go I don't care if it gets trashed or I lose it times...

but those two....long battery life, not having to carry a bunch of extra juice or stuff...fully capable of providing a true 3.7V voltage to any atty you can throw at em... they're just pretty much perfection

Welcome to the world of vaping, always an information overload lol. If cost is not a problem I would say get an Eclipse from digitalciggz.com: The Eclipse eq Personal Vaporizer (Patent Pending) [The Eclipse eq] - $0.00 | Best Electric Cigarette | Electronic Cigarette

This device will solve all of the problems that you normally would have to struggle with as a new vaper. They won't be available until May but you can get on the pre-sale list now. In the meantime all of the advice before mine is good to get started. If you go with the Eclipse also try Ikenvape 510 low or high resistance atomizers and Cherryvape drip tips, both of those are the best that I've found. You can PM me anytime, good luck!

hey there!! I am new too...and have been off analogs for 2 weeks today. now in that two weeks i would have spent approx. $78.00 on analogs...to date i have spent approx $330 on e-cigs and juice...most of it was due to ignorance and not wanting to get overloaded!! Any way, my vote has to go to the eGo-T and a good juice (I bought CML 2.6% (26mg nic) from elctronicstix along with my eGo-T and a 510 kit)...just my 2cents as a newbie...ill probably spend another couple of hundreds checking out other stuff...LOL!
