New here, and i have a problem!

so today i received some mail it was my mini protank 2. i went to clean it out...let everything sit and dry...and as im putting everything back together i notice the coil wont screw into the base. so i did some research just to make sure i was doing it right..it just wouldn't screw in at all.. i look inside the base and there are no threads to screw the coil . what do i do? email the company i got it from or kangertech? any info would be greatly appreciated

Contact seller like stated photos help greatly.
I've had great luck with a bunch of emails like that over time
If it was a reputable company that has good custo service
should habe that replaced in no time.

The base, that unscrews from the glass tank part, has no threads in it for the coil assembly to screw into?

It's small, but it looks like I'm seeing the threading in there.

Is there a vape shop near you?? Most all carry the bases, they might even be nice and swap one out for you, worth a shot.

thanks for the help guys and girls..mbv is going to help me out..wound up being kanger put threads were the o-ring sits instead of were the coil goes if u look at a picture of a normal base and this one you will see the difference
