I got my first vaping kit in the mail on Saturday, and I'm so happy with it! I wanted to say thank you to the posters on this site, I read countless threads on here before making my decision, and the wealth of information here was super helpful. I'm a 1.5-2 pack a day smoker, and I'm just done with it. I've tried pretty much everything you possible could think of to quit, and I can say the past few days has shown me vaping is the way to go for me. My husband is also a smoker and I haven't wanted to grab a cig out of his pack once, which has never happened before during the my multiple past quitting attempts. He's also interested in vaping now, so hopefully we'll both be Marlboro free very soon. Again, thank you for all the information here!

It definitely is. I'm already eyeing different tanks though. I got the vision stardust tank, and the wick got gunked up pretty quickly. I tried to disassemble it to clean it and that was pretty much a disaster and it broke. Luckily I had a backup tank, but with further research it seems the vivi nova tanks are much easier to clean and maintain.

What type battery did you get? I use the vivi nova and love it. Best and easiest tank for me. I have 5 of them. They are easy to clean and the heads inside are replaceable cheap or you can rebuild them, which I will be learning soon. When you get a chance watch this video it helps a lot.
Stardusts never worked real well for me.

Hi MrsG and welcome to ECF. In regards to the Stardust and the Vivi Nova they are now both easily rebuildable. The Stardust and the Vivi Nova- a plastic or metal tank with a wick and element. Contains NO stuffing. The rebuildable clearos come with heads (coil+ wick) that can be cheaply and easily replaced. When the head burns out simply unscrew the old head out and screw in new head- takes 10 secs. My Vivi Nova heads are lasting about 4 weeks BUT I wash and dry burn the heads every few days to a week depending on the juice I'm using. I've found the Vivi Nova to give the best draw and is far superior in terms of build quality. For your eGo you would want the Mini Vivi Nova- looks better and holds 2 ml juice.
Best of Luck
If you enjoy a warm vape you'll want the 1.8 ohms heads while the 2.4 ohms head gives a cooler vape.

I have an eGo-T 650 mah battery. I'm extremely happy with it. I was happy with the Stardust initially but I'd like something that doesn't gunk up so easily.

I'm also laughing because I have that video open in another window right now :)

Just wanted to say welcome to the forum and, looking at your location, I pray that you and your family are safe after Sandy paid you a visit. I live just outside of Biloxi and know what a hurricane can cause. I couldn't imagine throwing in freezing weather into the mix!

Happy vaping and may God bless!

Thank you for your thoughts. We got extremely lucky and didn't get hit with any flooding in our neighborhood. Subways are still a mess but we're just holing up inside until things are back up.
