You know, one thing particular to this forum is Noob or Newbie around here is more of a term of endearment than anything else. The veterans seldom use it "on" people, other than a bit of good natured kidding around. If anything, New Members tend to use it more themselves, on themselves, as a bit of self deprecation - which is totally unnecessary.

This is one of the most helpful and friendly forums I've ever visited. Responses are quick and nobody is flamed for asking a question thats been asked before. My only complaint is that I didn't find ECF a few years ago.

Yup, that's how you learn. Do a couple searches for basic info on a subject you're interested in, then ask a question that's valid in your inexperienced mind in the quest to be edjamacated. On an excellent forum like this, many experienced people will "take pity on the noob", and give you a patient explanation. To some jaded afficionados, you might come off as a "tool", but who the hell cares? That's how it goes, with anything you're new to.*shrug*

And most experienced vapers DO remember that they were not born with a PV in their little hands - so yes, why not share one's experience and help a new vaper out? Heck, we were all new at one time or another, and we received help - why not pass it on, now that we are in a position to help?

Of course, if somebody's news is SO important that it cannot even wait for a few posts... 30 minutes or so... duh.... I guess I will just have to live without it. And I am pretty much convinced that I will survive such a terrible loss
