I ordered the menthol crystals from Wizard lads. I mixed that one bottle (15 grams) with 250ml of PG, which for me is the perfect ratio. So for about $15 I have 250ml of the only flavoring I use.

The one 250ml (mixed) bottle of menthol will make 5 250ml bottles of my final ADV (20% ratio).

Yup cheap vaping!!

Yes!! Since I buy 100% PG 48 mg nic and my menthol is 100% PG, I get a nice 67VG/33PG final without needing to add more PG (one less cost).

Without having to replenish anything, I can make 1000ml for about $50. That leaves leftovers though, so the next 1000ml will be cheaper.

As was mentioned several times above, stay away from buttery flavors and dessert type flavors (cakes and pies and anything that sounds creamy). Those are more likely to contain diacetyl.

Email your vendor and ask up front which of their juices contain diacetyl and ask if they publish results of testing. I vape tobacco flavors, so I've never been really concerned about diacetyl.

Since I like mine already mixed I pay $29 for 8 ounces. Last me about two months or so. That is less than 50 cents a day! I love it!

Like most people, I tend to stick to a couple of vendors that have juice I like. Madvapes assured viewers on their forum that they have pulled and discontinued all liquids that contain diacetyl or the substitutes. This was back in 2014. I think we have to ask pointed questions with our vendors and pin the down on the contents. Still, you have to trust or not.
