I have read a lot of reviews on the ego 14500 vv & the need to use a higher draining battery and still can not make up my mind. Right now I use ego-c twist's with 3.5 dc tanks with 1.5-2.5 ohm dual coil replacement carts and And still also looking for the best quality reasonably priced replacement carts for the tanks. Sometimes Im thrilled and sometimes Im not. For juice I make the perfect mix of v4l's Wow smilin menthol nobacco juice 60%, + velver vapors Java 20% then velvet vapors Velvet vanilla 20%, all at 24mg and its all I vape n:vapor:ow, Its perfection! Thanks for any help making these decisions!

in all honesty, if you want replaceable batteries, the eGo 14500 wouldn't be the way i'd go....the 14500 batteries average in around 600 mAh, and the full kit is 65 dollars, you could go over to vaporbeast.com and grab a mod with more bang for your buck...for example, the vector is a VV device, with ohm reader (mega ego does not have this) 5 click on/off, and is a full kit that comes with a carrying case, two attys, a drip tip, two 2000 mAh 18650 batteries, and a charger....for 3 bucks more.

to add to this equation, the chrome version of the vector (only ten dollars more than the kit you are looking at) has all the features, plus a deep enough juice well to fit eGo-type threaded devices (like stardusts, etc.)...and has a nice bumped up 3 amp limit to push any dual coils you want to run a little bit higher voltage.

i'm not ragging on the device....i just think there are better options...i'm sure it's a nice mod, but for that price point, i'd want something that will at least last me all day on a single battery.
