A little background... about a week and a half ago, my oral surgeon told me that the spot they removed from my tongue was cancer. Luckily it was caught early, and the biopsy surgery removed it all, so I have no additional treatment at this time. However, the oral surgeon will be my best friend for the next five years
I had been "trying" to quit for a little while before that, tried a few things that didn't work, and finally got myself a V2. But it still wasn't working- probably because I wasn't working it (as they say).
Of course the work c-a-n-c-e-r is one hell of a motivator, so I haven't had a regular cig since the one I smoked before I left the house for the doc's appt that changed my life...
Now I'm committed. Both my docs recommended e-cigs so that I could get off the real ones as soon as possible. And it's worked. I'm still trying to find the sweet spot as far as juice, nic level, gadgets, etc. but I'm on my way and at least I'm not climbing the walls and screaming at everyone LOL.
