I'm gonna try "vaping" to cut back or quit smoking regular ciggs. I know I should & it would make the wife happy. I went with V4L on a buddies reccommendation. He just got a kit for Christmas & is liking it so far.

So anyways hello...

P.S. In the V4L forums I saw that they are not shipping orders made today & tomorrow. I was wondering if the order I made thursday PM has shipped? I'd ask in those forums but I can only post here for now.

My email confirms the order placed but not the shipment. No tracking # or anything like that.

I'm just looking forward to try them out myself. Guess I'll get them when I get them.

I went with 24 mg strength. I smoke up to a pack a day of marlboro's. Did I make a wise choice on strength?

I have been using a combination of 24 and 30 mg strength liquids and have been very satisfied so far as a PAD+ smoker for 10 years. I still get the craving for an analog from time to time but in three days I have had about 4 drags of an analog all total. I have found that simply holding the thing in my hand or in my mouth seems to ease the cravings at times. After lunch is still very difficult but so far I am enjoying it.

Sounds like a good starting point, although 24 mg is sometimes too strong (or too weak) for even 2 PAD smokers. Everyone's a bit different.

Hi, Cobra...I'm new to this myself. I also ordered from V4L (they have really quick shipping - I ordered on 12/29 and received on 12/31, and that was just standard shipping USPS). Anyway, got the kr808d and it's awesome! Haven't had an analog since receiving the order I went with the 18mg nic level and that's fine for me (I was smoking Basic 100's). I think probably the 24 nic will do you nicely Oh and they send you freebies! Freeeeebieeeesssss

THey just updated the post I was talking about. They said orders made over the weekend "should" ship today. Since I ordered thursday night I hope to have them tomorrow or so.

Looking forward to not having to go outside for a nicotine fix, haha.

Just got my shipment, first impressions:

First off I got some sample packs of cartomizers, they all taste pretty much the same to me. Some have more vapor than others & none taste that great IMO. A couple seem to be not working at all.

The only "freebie" in my order was an empty box that looks like it should hold 5 carts packaged in another box to stop package shifting, so I got what I ordered. Nothing more, nothing less.

Some instructions for the chargers (pcc, usb charger) would be nice, but I guess I'll figure it out as I go along. Mainly want to know what the lights indicate.

I guess I'll have to try some other sample packs of different flavors than just tobacco ones like I ordered. Was looking forward to whatever "freebie" sample pack that others have posted about. Just my bad luck I guess.

I just thought about it & maybe the freebie was the pack I got to pick out as part of my starter pack? I thought it would be a different pack like other posters said & the invoice said please enjoy bonuses.

Anyhoo, this is my 5th post so I guess I can get answers in the V4L forums now.
