Picked up my first ecig last week. innokin Itaste VV with a Protank Mini. So far loving it way more than Camel Silvers. My cousin has one and suggested I give it a shot. Well worth the investment. No more standing in the cold winds of Wisconsin winter.

Any advice or recommendations for maintenance and new juice flavors welcome!

I won't lie, my head is spinning trying to take in all of this new information. Ohms, watts, volts... makes me feel I should have paid better attention in science classes. RY4 : tell me about it?

So far the only flavors I've tried are kaluha cream, rasp mojito, peach tobacco and something called pecos pete. I like the first two very much and can't wait to try more!

What do you do when you get a flavor that you haven't sampled and it turns out to be a bust? Just toss it?

Welcome slmuldo to ECF. More you read the more knowledgeable you'll become. At first my head was spinning but now makes pretty much sense. I have learned from the members here how to make DIY e-liquid and tonite I rebuilt a few Protank coils.

You can always order sample bottles to find which e-liquids you like. When ordering always look for a coupon ( button located on top of the forum page ) here on ECF or Google the vendors name for coupons.

Keonne, do you know if there is a way I can replace the wick on one of my coils? I think I destroyed it and burned the bejeezes out of it in my first few days. Novice mistake I'm sure..

If you find a flavor you don't like, hang on to it and try it again in a couple of weeks. Sometimes they need to age a bit. Look into steeping. Plus, you can always trade a flavor you don't like with a fellow vaper.

Make sure you leave it in a darker area like in a drawer or cabinet.

I read and read and read....then read some more. I recoiled with ekowool and cotton and really liked the cotton better. Takes some patience and time but I did get the hang of it. Youtube has great how to videos on this subject.
