Hello!

I am new here, but my wife has been using the site for several months now. She was a 20-year smoker who has been vaping exclusively since January 1st and is loving it!

I am not a smoker and only an occasional Vaper, but I am an Electrical Engineer by trade. Hence I help my wife with setting-up her equipment, and getting things working well for her. As an engineering-geek I find the whole physics of vaping amazing and interesting - hence why I want to join this forum. Plus I will be able to help her enjoy vaping even more

Welcome Mark. I also quit about 8 weeks ago and have been vaping. Feel much better now. I keep some high nic tobacco flavor for when I just really want an old cig. Works for me. Down to 6 mg/ml for my all day vapes. What kind of hardware does she vape? I am still on simple stuff. Cartos and clearomizers.

We started with some simple eGo-C-Twist devices (which turned-out to be cheap clones sold at genuine prices - which the BM Store denied... but thats another story). But the short battery-life was a pain, so we moved pretty quickly onto some bigger devices. Her main vapes right now are iStick + Nautilus tanks - she likes to change flavors so always has two different juices/tanks loaded up. Since she really is getting into it we just ordered a Kayfun V4. I have been playing with a Kayfun-clone just to figure-out the mechanics on winding our own coils, and so far both enjoy it. Can't wait for the real thing to arrive tomorrow She started on 18mg Nicotine, and has stepped down to 12mg right now. So far so good, but she does like to grab the 18mg juice now and then! So far we are both loving the Vape Experience. Hopefully you do too?
