New Hybrid: The Noble1 from Vapor Craze

I haven't had any issues with my noble 1 but this is something that I may look into doing just for the sake of doing. I also want to change out the contact washer for the positive post for a bigger washer that will be able to accommodate bakero wire as well as kenthal. Good to know and that anodized noble is pretty cool. I am thinking about anodizing mine as soon as I get my next mod in but we'll see...I like how the noble 1 has exceeded my expectations and has given me no problems at all.

If you have a new noble 1 the atomizer top section is clear anodized. You can't anodize over anodize, so it will have to be removed first... but I believe that anodize company's can assist with that.

I had mention that to the anodizing people and they said it would be no problem to remove the clear anodizing and proceed with the process. I'm not sure if I'm going to do it anymore as I am quite happy with my noble as is. I'm looking to secure my unicorn mod or at least a better mechanical at this point. The noble has been really solid for me and will remain as my go-to hybrid for the time being although I have had a couple offers to buy it off me.

Been looking towards one of these for my first hybrid. Cant decide if i should pick one up now or wait to see what else comes out in the next few months lol.

There is going to be a release of a black anodized Noble 1 in the near, near future. If that's the mod you're still interested in getting--personally, I'd like to get my hands on a MISTer or try out a Jugg/Ikarus. However, i'll always have love for the N1.

A black one hu... that's kinda cool. I wonder if they will improve on the mod at all, or just anodize it black.

I think the first ihybrid pures will be black when they come out soon... and you'll be able to buy two of those for the price of one noble. So VC better lower the price, or their black noble is gonna be a flop.

The 650 tube is supposed to come out the same time as the black noble. I agree with you that some improvements could be made to make the noble more applicable for the more advanced vaper. I would also like to see a price drop (though I got mine way cheaper than the asking price). The Pure is going to be $80-$90? That'll be cool. I want at least two more hybrids before I start aiming for my unicorn mod.

Yea, I picked mine up brand new for $150 when they had that sale around the 4th of July. For $200 I just couldn't do it.

They'll probably sell you a spring for 20 bucks, Lol. They wouldn't even tell people what size o-ring the noble took when they were sold out of them .... told people that called "they had no idea, only their manufacturer knows".

So, instead of checking with their "manufacturer" about the size and calling people back (or posting it on their site or FB), they made people wait months for them to get any back in stock... leaving people without the use of their 200 dollar hybrid in the mean time.

I love my noble (now that's It's not leaking anymore), I just think they could be a little more helpful to their customers that paid high dollar prices for their products. China even gives extra o-rings on a lot of their stuff.... you figure a 200 hybrid might come with a spare tank and o-rings, or at least the company would let you know where to get some if they didn't have any to sell instead of leaving people with a 200 dollar paperweight.

Not sure how many more of these things their gonna be able to sell now that the ihybrid pure is out and half the price. Right now the pure is a little hard to get and the noble is always in stock... but that won't always be the case if faceless makes the 300 a week he plans on doing.

I'm going to stop in at Menards or Home Depot, I was just hoping someone knew the dimensions. If all else fails I'll shoot them a call, thanks for the info!!!

Agreed, I love my Noble 1, small hard hitting mech. They'll definitely have to up their game with the Ihybrids coming out. I usually just bring my mech into a hardware store and find what I need. I was just hoping not to have to sift through hundreds of sizes like I usually do lol.

Yea, o-ring hunting can be tough at times... I saw someone around the forum with blue or green o-rings on his noble 1. Can't remember where he got them, but I think he posted the size they where as well. Wish I could find where it was.

Some blue o-rings would look cool. So would a blue tank.

Nice! I hope it's the right size... I work at a place that has some o-rings in the shop, I'll check and see if they have that size to see if it fits.

The size on that link is: 1/2"ID X 5/8"OD X 1/16"CS

Are all 3 o-rings on the noble the same size? I can't remember is the 2 tank rings where the same size as the 1 top ring, or is there was a difference at all.

Anyone try these o-rings yet? My Noble 1 is just sitting here not being used because of the leaking issue. :(

So, your noble is leaking down the side from the tank o-rings not fitting correctly? Or it's leaking down the center post onto the battery?

I didn't try the tank o-rings listed above, but what I did do was buy a new replacement glass tank from spectrum that also came with free tank o-ring replacements.
