That's why I suggest you check out a shop. Don't spend a bunch in it but it would help you.

At 1/2 pack a day, 12 nic sounds right. When your vaping a lot if you start feeling ozzy, headache or stomachache STOP vaping for a little while and it goes away fast. Just know to much nic will make you sick, so be aware of how much and how often your vaping.

This site (I think) has "terms" and definitions somewhere or you can google and get a list. It's easy and a lot of abbreviations....
But I agree, there's a lot to learn haha

Thank you so much DHolly, you are being so helpful! I will definitely do that. I know we have tons of vape shops around here, I'll just drop by one soon and hopefully they'll be merciful of my ignorance. I was just going to try to be a little more educated before I went in.

    Good luck.

FYI I was a pack a day smoker. I started with juices the first two weeks that were 9mg nicotine. I vaped a LOT and still do and would become nic sick. So if you plan on using your new vaporizer a lot don't get juices with crazy high nicotine levels. I am down to 0 nicotine juice after 5 weeks because I enjoy the act of vaping smoking and not necessarily the nicotine. Cheers!

Coils are what heat up the vapor and there will always be some kind of coil unit in your atomizer (juice tank). Some can be replaced, some can be rebuilt and some you just throw the whole thing away when it goes bad. Some starter kits come with a set of coils, but if not, you will need to buy replacements.

I also think 12 mg is probably a good place for you to start. You can adjust up or down if it doesn't feel like the right amount. That's one you kind of have to test out for yourself.:)

Thank you! I will definitely take that into consideration!
